is actually a twist because when we see he rbrother's dead body it dont show her trying to sve him,it shows him dead which made me thing that she was jealous her mother loved her brother more than herself and killed him out of jealousy and rage but the plot twist made me cry (also cosmic,me ya fannn :D)

I love how in the final scene, Mommy long legs realized she was acting like her mother- constantly hunting down children seemingly for no reason, all the while being careless and constantly angry. At least, that was how she had perceived it. And she realized, she had turned into that.

But she realized it too late and I could see the guilt and horror in the little girls eyes as mommy long legs was shredded the animation is wonderful

I love the subtle tone change in the family's color scheme: During the entire sequence they had colder, more subdued coloring to represent the oppression and abuse, and then in the poster at the end they had a warm, red and dark tone, symbolizing the love that should have been there all along.

I think the better way to word it is, the love she WISHED was there. Cause in the end we never saw any of it and it’s kinda hard to believe there was much coming from the mother. Maybe there was some long ago? But with how the mother was acting it just feels like she was craving love and a good family and it was something she never got to hand and she lost the only person she DID have, her brother. Just seemed more like a wish

I really wish the actual plot for poppy's playtime was anywhere near as interesting as the story you made over less than 6 minutes of animation.

They're not blinded by rage not everyone have the same story we don't know about huggy wuggy what was the reason he went for us but in the lore it's shown that mommy long legs is hostile towards the authorised staff cause of their experiments on childrens and as we know we were one of the people working on it we might be someone authorised working on all these stuffs or we could just be some regular employee who had nothing to do with it but as we know childrens kept mommy calm so she played with us and in the end came for us

It seemed pretty obvious to me. I mean maybe it’s by the girl’s facial expressions and how do you kill a child.. in that situation? I mean you could give them some bruises, like hit your head on the ground but I don’t know how you could kill a child or specifically a child would kill another child from that. But that’s just me. Just when you thought that the girl killed her brother out of jealousy, only to discover that was actually a freak accident. The boy just fell off an unstable drawer when trying to get the mommy long legs doll back to his sister, plummeting to his death. Worse, now that the girl's hands are stained with her brother's blood, she can no longer face her abusive mother anymore, hence why she ran away from home.

I absolutely LOVE I’m Not a Monster series. They are so well drawn (alike the other ones) the music is so fitting and it some how breaks my heart every time. The fact that the boy was just trying to help his sister and he was killed and I don’t blame her but it’s still not his fault. She had gone through a lot but that is no reason to kill someone. But she may have just been blinded of her own sadness and anger. I didn’t watch it right lol 😂 By the way, love the plot twist. Edit: The fact she tried to save him while she was getting his toy but she fell and had her to catch him and the song says “am I the one to blame?” No. She is not the one to blame. 💔 These origin stories of these misunderstood “monsters” always find a way to smash my heart into little pieces. I don’t think they’re trying to hurt them I think they’re just blinded with, traumatizing moments, rage, sadness, etc. It’s sorta like people. People do things that they don’t do when they’re sort of “blinded” It’s completely normal but it’s not right but at the same time it’s not all their fault.

This was so beautiful and heart wrenching. To see mommy long legs' backstory to a sweet, innocent little child with a rough childhood and later kidnapped by playtime co., which turned her into a toy abomination based on her memories. And the last scene where she saw that girl as herself which gave her back her humanity and looked back on her touching moment with her mother and brother as well as the reason of what happened to her brother and when she ran away. Mommy Long Legs truly is NOT a monster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Playtime co. is so I hope the end of the game we see everything they love burn for what they've done to this poor child as well as everyone else they've turned there own experimental victims.

This is what happens when you demand perfection even though you bearly talk to your daughter! Um, excuse me mam you really need to learn how to actually raise a child correctly and not just favoritism toward the other kid! This might be a warning to a perfectionistic parent to not raise a child with high expectations while some kids might be able to handle the pressure, not all can and some might even go mad, for me a parent that wants perfection feels like an irresponsible parent and also quite childish as all perfection is, is a fantasy, a cruel unforgiving unachievable unreachable unobtainable fantasy.

스토리 이해할수록 소름돋음..💓 여자아이가 남동생을 밀치는것으로 연출 되었는데 사실은 남동생이 인형을 꺼내주려다 옷장이 무너져 떨어지는것을 막아주려던 것이 밀치는것으로 연출된..!! 너무.. 아름다운 걸작이다..💕

1:26 this is a intriguing idea 💡, what would happen if a CHILD entered the factory instead of the games protagonist, how would mommy & the rest of the toys react?

At 0:35, it reminded me of mommy long legs grabbing a small huggy wuggy doll at the starting of the chapter 2 trailer. She also dresses like mommy long legs. Love the details!!! I also love how its all connected. The girl crying because of huggy dead is the one in i'm not a monster 1.

GH always makes us sympathize with the baddies. It has now become a trend! I like the message that his giving too, *we don't know what they've been through.* Not everything is what as it is in the surface.

Was that a FNAF reference? I see what you did there😉 But yeah, 100% agree. It’s like that old saying, that a villain is just a victim whose story has never been told. Doesn’t make it right, but it does make them not just mindlessly evil - I think we all agree that the best villains are ones with actual, real and understandable motives.

why does this feel relatable wanting attention from your parents but never even receiving a positive response from them and not getting a good or even a normal childhood built from nothing but your own tears from the times you would work hard to Impress your parents but you end up with nothing but regrets

That was amazing I didn’t expect that ending

What i noticed in the video is the abusive mother's gender discrimination on her own daughter, how she loved her son more than her daughter but later became a tragedy to losing both her children because of her abusive nature... what's worse the girl was so afraid of her mother's wrath into thinking she killed her brother despite it was only an accident, but instead the girl ended becoming Mommy Long Legs by the PlayTime Co.'s scientists after running away from her home.

@@chris.y.l.o it’s a guess, we don’t know why the mother is abusive to the girl, could be other reasons but gender decrimination is a thing in families because “males can carry on the family name” (most common in Asian families) we could be wrong but alas it is a guess. My interpretation is, from the video, it look like the girl didn’t meet up to her mother expectations (not scoring a higher grade) so thats why the abusive is there.

i honestly didnt think that she killed her brother (we know she didnt in the end) but i saw the door behind on the first clip and she didnt jump far enough just from her body movement i could tell it wouldnt be far enough so i never thought she killed her brother
