    I agree with your advice on diet and health. I used diet and exercise to correct my health issues with weight, pre-diabetes, sleep apnea and bad lipid profile. Dr Phillip Ovadia, "Stay off of my Operating Table", shares your view of not caring what diet you are on as long as you avoid processed foods including seed oils.
