Can't believe I'm just now hearing this for the first time today. It brought me out of a depressive episode no more than 30 minutes ago by getting me pumped up enough to go for a jog for the first time in months. I'll definitely be over-listening to it for the foreseeable future lol. Great stuff!

I have pondered the meeseeks box a lot, and the inevitable conclusion is that whatever advanced civilization made it, its primary purpose is as the ultimate and most perfect hit-man. Completes the job, disappears with no liability or link back to the source. Sure, you can use it to open a jar of mayonnaise, but that's not what it was made for.

The first time I heard this song I was in a very deep state of depression bordering on suicidal. The song actually helped me face and address my real feelings of sadness and suicidial tendencies, but find a way to laugh at them that helps me overcome. A long way to go, but this song actually help. Thank you!

That seems very strange, since one characteristic about the Meeseeks is that they separate suicidality from depression, as they are suicidal but not depressed, they are by nature quite cheerful, yet what they want is to complete their goal in life and then die. So even if it cured your depression, if it changed the way you saw things, if anything, I would expect it to get you to kill yourself with a smile on your face.
