Surprise! I'm moving to Walt Disney World this summer to take part in the Cultural Exchange Program (CEP) where I will become a Disney cast member and work in WDW!
I am so grateful for this opportunity to take part in a Disney International Program and hope this video helps explain it a little for those who don't know about it.

interestingly though I found out today but applications close on the 14th! my interview is very soon too on the 25th

Congrats! Honestly it felt quite informal and like a chat. I think it’s mainly to make sure you can talk/interact as anyone can write a good cover letter and CV if you know what I mean 🤣From what I can remember that came up: *why do you want to do the program *How would you cope in the heat / can you cope with the heat *are you okay living with someone else *top roles *what Disney character are you most like / what is your fave It was quite relaxed but definitely have something to say about your ‘why’ for doing the program etc just incase it comes up. If you have any more questions please let me know :)
