Band Nah is composed of vocalist and guitarist Nah Sang-hyun, drummer Kang Hyun-woong, and bassist Paiiek. The three students at Seoul National University met each other through the school's composition club and then they released their first song together in 2014 as part of the "Why Not Study" project, organized by the university. The following year, they made their official debut in the music scene and have been actively growing their discography and exploring further new facets of their sound since then. Their performance of the song "Nights" received rave reviews in "VOCALPLAY 2" in 2019 and then in 2020, they won the Rookie Green Friends of the Greenplugged-Seoul 2020, making us anticipate their future.
In this episode, Band Nah performs "Lights," "Life," "Colour," "Are You There?" "All The Time," and "Nights," to show off their musicality.

손닿을 듯 가깝고 생생한 음악을 선물하는 도심 속 라이브 콘서트 [I'm Live]. 실력 있는 뮤지션들과 공연을 사랑하는 시청자들의 사랑을 한 몸에 받고 있는 [I'm Live] 208회의 주인공은 담고 싶은 메시지에 따라 음악적 장르에 변화를 주는, 장르와 한계가 없는 신예 밴드, 나상현씨밴드이다.
2014년 서울대학교 작곡동아리에서 만나 결성되었으며, 나상현(보컬, 기타), 강현웅(드럼), 백승렬(베이스)로 구성된 3인조 밴드이다. 2014년 서울대학교 문화자치위원회에서 기획한 [하라는 공부는 안 하고]의 타이틀곡 ’늦은 새벽‘ 음원을 발매, 이후 2015년 EP 앨범 [찌릿찌릿]으로 가요계 정식 데뷔를 했다.
2019년 [보컬플레이 2]에 출연, 자작곡 ‘각자의 밤’을 불러 큰 호평을 받으며 ’그린플러그드 서울 2020‘ 신인그린프렌즈에서 우승, 제 31회 유재하 음악경연대회에서 장려상 수상하는 등 색다른 사운드적인 시도와 폭넓은 음악적 스펙트럼으로 다음 행보가 기대되는 밴드로 성장 중이다.
[I’m Live]에 첫 출연하는 나상현씨밴드는 대표곡 ‘각자의 밤’, ‘색깔’ 등을 통해, 동시대 밴드들이 갖고 있는 장르적, 사운드적 요소들을 모아 본인들의 것으로 재창조하는 나상현씨밴드만의 새로운 음악적 시도와 세계관을 엿볼 수 있을 것이다. 나상현씨밴드의 무대는 6월 11일 새벽 1시 아리랑TV에서 감상할 수 있다.
