Anesthesia is pretty comfy I can wear them all day so I would say 7.5/10 but I felt like I had to get used to them at first. Also you could try daily lenses! They’re to most comfy

would you say when not looking up, the pupil hole is larger than expected?

It varies by color with Anesthesia. I felt the shade Amarillo had a larger pupil hole compared to the others I tried.

Did you ever buy LA cinnamon or vanilla?
