Honestly, all 23 of them can be vocalists

The program they use for vocal recording sessions is Pro Tools, industry standard DAW, and if you look closely to their individual tracks on the screen they record clean with no plugins. They record directly to out-the-box analog compressors, EQ, and FX straight into their DAW which is pretty cool. Just some producer insight 👍

From Home has a special place in every NCTzen heart. To me, it's a song that best describes NCT's concept. It reminds new NCT members that wherever they come from they will never be alone and NCT is their home from now on. Just beautiful 😭

Taeil seems a little bit critical to himself in this because what he was doing is quite different combined with how the music the producer visioned him singing for it. So she’s really awesome praising him a lot so he will confidently keep trying until both of them arw satisfied.

Girl u need to check out my everything. Renjun's falsetto, taeil powerhouse highnote and xiaojun's flawless vocals . They just blend in together and harmonize with each other. It's one of my comfort songs all the time.

Doyoung might be my fave NCT vocalist. His voice is just so emotional but piercing with high notes. He can hit high notes with his unique tone and vocal technique. His voice just transcends emotions.

Haechan is the king of one takes. Everyone in the group says he has the easiest and shortest time in the studio. It's pretty insane.

This is such a classic SM-style ballad, all their older groups like Fly to the Sky, DBSK, and even SHINee in their early days used to do songs like this more often so when I saw NCT release this, the NOSTALGIA!!! This production and vocal style just screams Yoo Youngjin (he's been one of the main SM producers since forever). My granny KPOP heart is so full seeing this kind of music in current KPOP again 🥲

Yuta is very handsome. I love how he sits all curled on himself with his hair all in his eyes.

Not just the thank you in different languages part. They all sing in their mother tongue. The verse by Chenle, Kun and Rejun is in Chinese, and the one by Yuta is in Japanese. The rest was in Korean. And there are parts where they sing together in Korean and English.

Nct Dream used to be an only teenage boy group so Mark was graduated from nct dream on dec 31 2018 after he turn 20 (19 for international age) but came back on 2020 April again after they abolish the age graduation system. * Nct WayV is a sub unit of Chinese boy group with 7 members - Kun ( Leader) , Ten , Winwin, Lucas, Xiaozun, Hendery & Yangyang * Nct U is a rotational group for all 23 members. I highly recommend that you watch the Nct Dream MVs in release order, it's really cool to see them grow over the years (but only if you want to, it's just a recommendation anyway) and there's also a collaboration with an artist british (HRVY) which is my favorite song of all time "Don't Need Your Love", only 5 members participated along with it, but the song is really good, but as the video can only have 4 songs, I recommend it you watch "Chewing Gum", "Go", "We Go Up" and "Hot Sauce". FACT: Everyone, fan or not, that watched From Home rearranged version ended up crying at some point. Trivia: From Home basically means all of them finding home in NCT. This hits differently especially when the foreign members, NCT has 13 for now, sing on their mother tongues (Renjun, Chenle and Kun in chinese, Yuta in Japanese, Haechan, Taeil and Doyoung in Korean). On the From Home MV where the part on which the song stops, they were actually saying thank you on the all the languages the members speak. I think they said thank you in Korean, Japanese, Chinese (Im not sure if they said thank you in Cantonese too), English, German, Thai and Spanish. And also, I believe they used the audio from their MAMA performance for the MV of the rearranged version. They just enhanced it a bit to fit an MV but yeah those are live vocals on that MV.
