Allergic reactions are so scary and so dangerous. I'm super glad you're taking it seriously and looking into it You may have seen on the UK news in January that we lost a close family member due to mislabeled food which caused an allergic reaction, so you raising awareness here is so great ❤

Sorry to hear of your loss, my son's a Severe Anaphylactic also and i'v nearly lost him before due to lack of care around cooking food for him whilst eating out, he had a cardiac arrest and was brought round enroute to a hospital in Liverpool as he studied there at the time, our Grandaughter has it now and you just can't be too careful, it's all i'v known with them growing up for 23 years now and he first had it when it wasn't really known much about it back then, Sudocream won't help the itch Tom he needs antihistamines to help with it or try a natural Tamanu balm on the rashes or a nice tepid bath cools it down also, but he needs assessment by the hospital ASAP to get skin tests done and determine what he's allergic too, and just to also say Sudocream is bad for your skin, in the medical fields we are not permitted to use it you can get together creams that are better and more natural for Alfie and gentle on him too xxxx

Generally couldn’t stop laughing at multiple occasions in this vlog, so many good moments 🤣, it was just so nice to see everyone again . And can’t believe you got your luggage back, the timing as well

Its good you've caught Alfie early with eczema diagnosis so hopefully gets it all under control. Big thing from my experience with eczema is to always push on GP's its a big deal to get dermatologist look at it sooner. Took till i was 16 till i was referred and still with it at 25. 3 year old cousin also suffers really badly with it as well so spotting it helps get the best treatment to lil dudes skin

I know people who have allergies when I was younger I was allergic to cats dogs etc and I ended up having an operation to have the lining of my nose burnt down .as if you're dad's the same age as my dad . TSW is a thing. Highly recommend Balmonds and Moo Goo skincare also. I got TSW and took a year to heal after stopping them :( I wasn't able to use anything for so long as everything made it rebound and flare

agreed steroid creams are the worst for skin conditions it treats the symptoms not the cause and the withdrawal symptoms are awful

hi ! i have eczema myself and just dropping some small bits of advice for what my parents did for me as a baby to help manage it - oat baths are amazing and super soothing, or even making the oat bath mix into a paste and putting it on the areas affected - be careful if you are offered a steroid cream, overuse can lead to eventual bad effects (topical steroid withdrawal) in the long run but as long as its used sparsely it is v great ! - ik this is a thing in the usa, but unsure if its a thing in the uk but the national eczema association seal is handy to look out for as a good starting point for products - - i still even do this now, but if an area is especially dry and it doesn't seem like moisturizer is helping sometimes moisturizing, putting a layer of vaseline to seal in the moisture, and then wrapping the area with guaze or clothing is so soothing and something my parents did for me as a kid and i did as i grew up - finally, lydia and you from what we have seen in vlogs are absolutely amazing parents, so don't be discouraged by this ! eczema is a condition that can be managed and often times gets better after puberty / as you grow up - yeah i definitely caused my parents a lot of grief, but you guys seem absolutely amazing at being parents already and i hope Alfie gets some relief soon !!!

Glad you’ve got a diagnosis for Alfie and figured out it’s eczema early on, so sorry to hear about the allergic reaction too! I’ve suffered with eczema my whole life and the one thing i recommend is not to use steroids, and if use, only use sparingly and not repeatedly. I have topical steroid withdrawal which is caused by the over use of steroids, it’s just not worth it and can make the reaction worse and is much worse than the eczema itself. I wish I had someone warn me so just wanted to warn you. Healing naturally and trying out different moisturises is definitely the way forward ☺️

Me and my wife are also currently dealing with a baby with eczema around his cheeks and forehead, we’ve been given every single steroid cream to try and nothings worked, they recommended we switch to oat milk too and it’s started clearing up, hope wee Alfie’s not in too much discomfort, all the best Tom!

So Happy for you both that your cases have beenReturned🙏 now all'the washing 😜😅. Yes you should make copies of every thing you bought. Al, other extras plus your suitcases See what happens if your Compensated or its via your travel insurance 🤔 .succes
