If you purchase the small crate from the red container (garage) you can auto loot equipment

Yeah someone mentioned this the other day, I honestly thought it was a crate for the base to store things 😅 I’ll be using one in future haha

Yeah I saw those. I’ve got ammo,repair and fuel trucks in my garage on another save. Could possibly do with putting some defences up though just in case they come for petros 🤣

I wish that the AI would loot corpses and deposit to the vehicle like advertised.

6:04 reminds me of my previous play. I think it's very easy to do the "destroy" outpost missions (especially map Altis). I went undercover, took 2 grenades, a gun and some mags just in case (or maybe i need to kill the gunner). My tactic is get close enough to the outpost but not so close to be detected. I stopped my car, threw 2 nades. Easy money, easy loot. If the enemy faction is US, I would get Humvee with either .50 cal (too OP in early game) or MK19. TOW is not really great. BTW good video dude :D

Yeah the roadblocks can be easy to take out, I’ve had an issue with a couple before where I’ve not got the jump on them but generally works out haha. Outposts are a pain in the arse without the right equipment 😅

@@theurbanhermit365 Oh LoL i actually meant roadblocks in both sentences LoL (I didn't remember outpost was the strong point). BTW I read changelog of Antistasi Ultimate yesterday and likely in early game, outposts spawn more low level units rather than soldiers with good equipment. Either way, I feel like when player unlocks the basic weapons, and AI reaches level 7 or 8, the game is much easier to play.

@dmknght8946 yeah I did think you meant roadblocks haha, I saw the Change logs as well, should be a tad easier when you first start but as you said once you get some decent weapons and equipment going you’ll find it easier for sure. Those starter weapons only get you so far haha

Hey, just wanted to say I really appreciate you making this series. I picked up arma 2 days ago after I saw a video about antistasi but had no idea just how difficult it’d be. I’m playing ultimate on Altis and have over 15 hours into my first playthrough and haven’t taken any more than 4 towns. Just picked up my hq and moved from the default location to the south western coast in hopes of an easier time growing. Also, I’d be interested in your difficulty settings if you’d be open to sharing them. I do have some mods installed, but I’ve got the AI skill set to “very low” and still find myself getting obliterated any time I try and peak a corner or just over the frame of a window. Thinking I may still have to tweak the AI but truthfully have no clue how. Really looking forward to seeing how you progress into the mid game and learning all I can!

Everything is vanilla Antistasi ultimate, I’m on Arma 3 so maybe a couple of differences. I don’t run any other mods either 🙂 it’s a bit of a slog at first but once you get some traction in the area/new weapons for your ai it’s get a whole lot more enjoyable as well. New episode every Monday so get the notifications on and that way you won’t miss out haha 🙂

im like 20hrs in and no town higher than like 6% support, whats the best way to take towns? Ive been just trying to build up some armor and assault rifles get them unlocked not specifically taking towns, but do you just do a heap of Supply missions and hope it gives that town or something?

@@eroll2 so with towns you can do supply missions, you can take nearby areas. For instance I took the airfield and outpost and had 1-2 towns just move over without the effort of supply missions, I believe the radio towers are a good one to get, these should help also 🙂

The dogs with the patrols can sniff you out when you're undercover and will also give away your position. It's best to put them down If you put your men in combat mode they'll use cover more effectively. Select all, 7, 2 You can buy a loot crate at your HQ red box and take it with you then carry it around and use it to gather all loot within 50m

Yeah I can’t be killing dogs for no reason 😅 didn’t know you could do that with the loot crate though, I just assumed that was extra storage haha. I’ve taken an airfield in another play through so I tend to use the loot heli to do it now haha.

Bro, Watch Out for the doggo's, There actually Spies, calling in Enemy Reinforcements, Don't shoot em, Run, When ya See Em.

Did we got another one mods like this mods? Bro i really love that's mods when it's let you command your mans and take down outpost , checkpoint,.... to be your territory after that you will be stronger with larger territory , and more stuff like random events , side quest,..... . Did we got any else like this one?

What’s the difference between Antistasi “Ultimate” and regular Antistasi or Antistasi+?

As far as I’m aware it gives you more choice of maps/ units etc. I believe its the most recent version of the mod as well if I'm not mistaken. The main thing though, I've been thoroughly enjoying myself playing it.

Antistasi the mod is actively developed. Plus added some features but is no longer being worked on. Ultimate added maps and factions to Plus

When I tell the soldier rearm, he does not take a weapon. Only takes clothes or stuff. is this a bug?

I believe so, the auto rearm/loot isn’t working for me correctly, you can select that unit then go through the commands and manually select a weapon for them to pick up, they will however not have it when you re load after saving. Best thing to do is the supply missions to get ammo trucks, use a loot crate also and these two combined will gather you a decent amount of weapons. Once you get 25 of a weapon you can then change the AI arsenal and they will always spawn with one.

Do you have reshade for that grapic settings?

idk, "Ultimate" is so much staler compared to the og. The AI in the original mod is sooo much better, too bad the "Plus" features are missing. Certain AI-groups positioned in buildings in "Plus" and "Ultimate", like at 17:52, just stand still. That sort if instantly killed the immersion for me unfortunately. VCOM sort of fixes that issue but breaks Antistasi in other ways

Yeah I’ve had it a few times where AI is just stationary in a building. It’s like they are stuck on a take cover order so they don’t move. Other than that I’ve had minor issues with ai, like not crossing a bridge first time. Been having a blast though. It’s a great mod for the playability and that continuous campaign as such 🙂

The Ultimate version actually modified AI logic? I'm thinking about downloading Arma 3 to play Antistasi again and I'm considering the original vs Ultimate.

You buy vehicles from the red box at HQ or at any flag at capture points. If you don’t have access to them it’s either the map you’re playing on or something to do with one of the DLC’s. I do own all DLC’s btw so it may be in one of those.
