@@nadiasharnelle we have both, and honestly the scan and go is my favorite, plus the order and pickup, they charge $4 for the service but right now we have a new puppy so to be able to pick a time slot, drive and let them know you're there, it's really convenient for me. I only get a handful of things from Costco now and if Sam's would carry those items, we definitely would not have both memberships.

I prefer Sam's all day, Costco drives me crazy with some of their dumb store policies like having to buy two packs of their 6 pack muffins.. Like package them all together, that shit pissed me off.. This 200% First time I shopped at Costco I asked an employee where scan and go was in the app and she said this isn't Sam's

@Nana2KCASBO You basically check yourself out while you're shopping. You scan the barcode of your items into the app, and when you're done, check out and pay in the app. When you get to the door, they verify that you have the same amount of items and that you have paid and you leave without ever getting into a line. And your membership card, or should I say a membership card 😏, is already downloaded into the app, so that is not checked coming in the store or going out.

Scan and Go Gang! The blessing is not having to wait in long lines... I still go to Costco but 9/10 I'm going to Sam's.

Man. Sam's is waaaaay better than Costco and BJ's. They have the scan and go option on the app so I can ring myself up on my phone and don't have to wait in line. Also my membership gives me Sam's cash. I can shop at stores other than Sam's and get a store credit for Sam's. I went in the other day and was able to get $58 in free groceries. And the prepared food and bakery is 10x better than every where else

Listen!!! Ain't it the truth?!?! I discovered them when I was in a pinch and ran in for a rotisserie chicken and some bagged salad. It was like "would you like to use your $$ credit?" I canceled my transaction, went and got another chicken, some croissants from the bakery, and some frozen broccoli. I spent like $32, ate for the week, & had money left. I'm telling you, SAM'S is it!

​@Longhairprettytoes hey luv! You earn Sam's Cash by shopping. Every membership level earns a percentage and the cash never expires as long as your membership is active. Pro tip: I'm the neighborhood auntie. Everybody that needs/wants to go to Sam's knows that I have a membership. Kids birthdays, neighborhood block party, family reunion, work events, back to school... whatever! They get the goods & I get the credit. Everyone wins😁

I will always vouch for Cosco just bc of how they treat their employees AND their members. For those of you who don't know, Cosco's one of the best entry-level places to work at and after the pandemic when every corporation was inflating prices under false pretenses about inflation, their CEO told investors they WOULD NOT do so! Everyone who has a Cosco near by should support them.
