She took it so well because she knows how miserable Agatha was in her marriage and because also Agatha has truly been a friend to her

I haven't seen all of it. I wonder if the sheer amount of time she kept it in a place of significance and pride could have had something to do with it? It seems to be valued, and implies she thought very much of the one who gave it to her. So if violet does tie in the intimacy between them, could knowing it was an emotional connection as well help any?

Lord Ledger sadly didn't have a love match. However, he showed his daughter so much love and kindness that she was able to seek that same affection in Lord Bridgerton ❤

When I realised I was like “yo daddy tended to a lot of gardens”. 😂

I love that in a mansion of finery Lady Danbury holds on this handmade gift for decades.

I watched the first three episodes of Queen Charlotte well over a year ago. Stopped there because life was lifing, and I got distracted by other things. Came back to it last night and watched the last three episodes. I believe we see Violet’s father in an earlier scene? But I didn't remember his face. I didn't recognize him. I thought he was just some rando that Lady Danbury had chemistry with. Then the hat scene, and I was like, "SAY WHAT?!?!" 😂 Violet was so classy about it, didn't even acknowledge it openly, but still made sure Lady Danbury knew that _she_ knew, and that she was okay with it. Love their friendship.

No clue. It was a key moment in the later half of the season

I don't think violet took it as well as an understanding modern woman would. But, she can think for herself and probably connected the dots about this and Agatha's remark about how lucky violet is to mourn her husband's death and confession about how much she loathe her husband. If she really did take it well, she wouldn't have fished the story out of agatha by displaying her own paper crown collection.

Well basically violet's mother was alive but by the conversation between lord and lady it was clear that ledger's marriage was same as danbury's marriage as both were with people they don't feel connected to and love making is just a formality and they understand each other and attracted so even while they both know it would be horrible if came out they had sex once but then decided to go their separate ways and remain in their roles in society even when they could be more .

Maybe you haven't seen the show..but Lady Danbury (the woman that walked in) slept with Violet's dad and Violet Aka Lady bridgerton just found out because of the crown. When she was young her dad told her the crown he's making is for a friend but she didn't know the crown he was making was for Lady Danbury... Lol I hope you get my explanation 😅
