Nice. Love my 457 chassis. I put a 16” MTR barrel on mine, which came threaded. It also loves Center-X. Ive tried all the normal top tier ammo. Its a hoot at the NRL22 matches. Also get the mag extension from Anarchy. It works. Period. Next, put a Timney trigger in it and you will probably want to shoot it more than anything else!! 👍🏻
I’ve got a B14R steel set up for PRS/NRL. Being a lefty it’s was the only choice at that price point.
John, welcome to the rabbit hole of precision smallbore rifle competition. I see you are already inundated with advice so I will try to refrain from duplicating it. Your CZ 457 MTR is a great platform for starting and can be very competitive. I do not compete in NRL so don't have anything to say in that regard. You have fashioned a very good looking bag rider for your rifle and will soon add a tuner so you are getting well on your way to being able to compete at the club level in benchrest for score. As you probably already know the issue of obtaining 22 LR ammunition that your rifle shoots well is an ongoing issue in any smallbore competition. Having a tuner and knowing how to use it helps with this. Just remember a tuner will not make ammunition your rifle doesn't shoot well suddenly shoot it well. At the upper level of competition you will not see anyone using anything but premium target rounds. If you venture into this arena be prepared to spend big bucks and buy a custom rifle as well. If you stay at the club level what you have along with your proven ability as a shooter will make you a force to be recorded with. Best of luck and also check out Small bore F-Class, it's a blast.
Get ready to go down a hole new rabbit hole. Thanks for the video Be Safe.

Thanks for the video and information. I enjoy my MTR 457 . Good shooting gun.
Hell yeah! It’s about time!
I love my 457, awesome rifle. Mine has a 24” barrel, topped it of with the Vortex Strike Eagle.
Welcome to 22NRL F-CLASS JOHN! AT first i couldn't believe it, but you will enjoy it I'm sure! WOW?
Proud of youuuu
Welcome to the .22LR rabbit hole. I started off with a Winchester M190 from when I was a kid in the 70s next thing you know i have 2. Walther KK UIT Match rifles then an Anschutz 54 and then a Kimber 82G and then a Bergara B-14R with 2. barrels 1. Bartlein I installed and the Orig. carbon barrel. You'll like the Bergara it takes Remington short action parts like mounts and triggers and stocks. People complain about the bolt stiffness but I worked over my bolt and made some changes and it workes real nicely now. On the Bergara try the SK ammo's and don't drink the kool aid on expensive ammo there are plenty of ammo's out there that work real well that don't cost $15-$20 a box.
This is exciting, I have been thinking about .22 bench rest.
Welcome to NRL22 community!
I like that, Just had a 7 x35 Mark 5 scope lying around!
I have a rim x ordered from Dp Gunworks. Using a keystone 722 in the chassis that they have. It has a match chamber.
Welcome to the 22 LR world!
