Like I said, Adam help me out back in 2013 when my mom passed away spending all day at work eight hours grinding at Walmart. I’d come home and look for this video of the daily woo. he was my escape thank you Adam. You help me in so many ways you don’t even know.

I'll be 51 in September! I have stage 4 severe kidney failure, and heart failure, so I appreciate every year all the more now. I'm grateful for every day that God keeps waking me up. Getting older has now become my life's joy and goal.🤗

Great video Adam. My son turns 50 in September! His grandson is due on Aug 11th, he will be the first born in the next generation. My mom is still with us and is 92. That makes 5 generations in my family!

Adam, I just turned 50 and thought I am old until I realized I’m a kid at heart and will always be! Age is just a number. Keep enjoying life and you won’t even notice that number!!! 😊

Adam, I’m 74 and so far this year I’ve had a quadruple bypass and a cancerous kidney removed. I feel great and am looking forward to many more healthy years. Hang in there you’re still a young man.

I turned 51 this year. I learned you’re only as old as you let yourself feel. I’m still feeling pretty good and having fun and I’m going to roll with that!! Keep on doing you and don’t stop doing what you love!!

That's not true our bodies are already going in the other direction by 50. But the mind is definitely more wise.

Adam, your little bird friend was a fledgling. My husband and I found one the other day and my daughter who works in wildlife rehab says leave them alone- they leave the nest before they learn to fly and Mom was probably right there. You did the right thing! Great video!

Remember you are only as old as you feel. Age is just a number. Keep good health and a youthful side to ya and you are good to go. 👍🏻

Adam. I'm 59.6 years old. Today, I'm digging a ditch and building a retaining wall for the second weekend in a row. I had spinal fusion on L4 - L5 in 1999. Don't let anything stop you from being young at heart and strong in body. Age will catch up to you before you realize you hit the wall. I was a runner and weight lifter from 12 years old until 30 when i broke my wrist playing basketball. 4 years later, I had my spinal fusion. Cardio is probably the best thing you can do with light weights with hi reps. "Feel the burn" .

Whenever you're about to hit 60, you'll look back on 50 with envy. It's a perspective thing.

You may be getting “old” (50 is still young!) but you have always had such a fun and fulfilling life! Traveling and exploring new things! That’s the dream, man!

50? Just relax Mr Woo wait until that first number is a 6, yeah I’ll be 62 in a month. But I still act like a 12 year old 🤣😂. I also still LOVE coasters.

I turn 60 next year and I don't think of myself as being old. I celebrated my 50th birthday by going to Zephyrhills and jumping out of a perfectly good airplane at 13,000 feet.

Adam age is just a number. Keep yourself healthy and you will continue to enjoy a happy life. I will be 59 this year and I was nervous about turning 50 but those concerns melted away and I learned you just have to adapt to your aging body. Keep on doing what you’re doing and 50 will be a breeze for you! Heck I took up mountain biking at 52!!

I beat you to "old" a long time ago, but it's not the age it's the mileage (as a wise archaeologist once said). I was waiting in line at the post office a week ago and an older man was talking my ear off and mentioned that he saw OJ back when he played for USC. Then he said "You wouldn't remember that, you're not even 30 yet!" Thank you, old timer. Thank you ;)

Hey Adam! I’ve been on my own personal fitness journey this year and I just want to say you’re doing a great job! During the duration of this video I did 10 miles on the bike at the gym. Felt like I was biking all through out St. Pete. Thank god you did not drink from the fountain.. you may not have made it to 50 😂 “You know you’re getting older when you just read things” You just summed up my existence LOL. There are wild parrots in the trees of West Torrance, California. My landlord used to believe that they were once pets who escaped. They are a rainbow of colors and variations. Heck, you could do a whole video of them alone!

There are 30 year olds who feel older than people in their 50s. I am only 27 but I can tell you I felt older a few years ago than I do now. We might be common souls of some kind, I started eating healthy and running just when you did coincidentally.

I sense a middle life crisis coming up. All you need to do Adam is look back at where you were at when you turned 40 and what you've achieved since then. You've totally changed, improved and stabilized your life. You should be very happy and proud of that. God willing, you'll be able to say the same when you turn 60 and look back at today.

I’ve made this comment many times in 2013 help me with my mother’s passing I was going on 25 I’m going on 38 and he’s going on 50 I’ll never forget how he told me you’ll get through this and I did and he bought large Marge I’ve always been a fan. I love you, Adam.

Thanks Adam you don’t know how close you were as a friend back in the day. We used to talk a lot over 10 years ago. A lot of things have changed since then but I appreciate everything you did back then.

The Dali is a quaint museum with lots of interesting works and exhibits. I visited when I came to Clearwater/St. Pete on Spring Break 2014. I'd love to visit again, to see if anything new is shown since my last and only visit a decade ago. I'm also a Leo, and my 40th is on the horizon, age is just a number, yet we must take care of ourselves and be good to others. Best of travels!

I'm a St. Pete native and long time fan of your channel. The venue was The Refuge, it was in the black building with the roll up doors. I believe it was the 2 spaces next to the Bodega. My good friend owed the building with the yellow sign and stone exterior which was a pawn shop on the bottom and his residence on the second floor.

Man! I saw Ignite a ton. My band got to play with Ignite and Gorilla Biscuits in CT and California in the 00’s and it was awesome! Huge stage dives!

I had a hard time turning 50. I hate saying it but for the most part I don’t feel like I’m in my 50s. This year I will be 59. It’s a very reflective decade. Just live your life to the fullest. Much love to you!

Love the mini Mystery Machine! Funny thing, I turned 52 in Nov, and i find that people take me more seriously than younger years. Young blonde Mom and all that. It still surprises me to realize I'm actually a legit grown-up. 😅 I now have a little granddaughter, and I'm staying young forever for her. Planning her 1st Disney World trip. Wow, things have changed!

Age is just a number that signifies how long someone has lived on earth. This number does not define who you are, what you have achieved, or what you can still accomplish. Focus on living your best life everyday as if it were your last. Tomorrow is not guaranteed. Focus on the positive, be kind, and live! 🙂🙃

As a local truck driver who runs the I4 corridor daily, I can tell you that the Davenport traffic near exit 55 (not far from Celebration) starts just before 6am and doesn't cool off till around 6pm. I occasionally run overnight and if i'm not past exit 55 by 6am it will literally add an hour to my work day smh. They're expanding the freeway near the Disney exits but the real problem is Davenport if you're going to the Lakeland/Tampa areas. Cheers

I miss Coney Island Grill, I used to frequent it when I lived downtown in the late naughts. It “temporarily” closed in 2021 and has yet to reopen, similar to Haslam’s Book Store a few miles from there
