But the panic of it hit and I threw my head back out the water, my cousin saw the fear in my eyes and ran to get my aunt she guided me out the pool, because she knew I felt safe. And since that day I haven't been able to swim in the pool, I have only been able to put my feet in. It's been 2 years since that day

I almost drowned once it was very scary my instinct was not to let any water in before I blacked out but before I blacked out my younger sister saved me after it was hard to breathe and I had many panic attacks and and after that my Grandpa died therefore I got depression all I wanted to do was just lie in bed and eat I didn't want to talk to anyone my life became a mess and this is a true story I just shared it with you so that you can all know that things can happen no matter what
