I'm detransitioning
Whelp, I've made the decision to start medically detransitioning. I owe it to myself to try and see where it gets me.
I don't mention it as much in the video, but I am equally, if not more, concerned about my overall health, which is why I'm doing this now.
I figured this would be a better place to put this than Twitter. I hope this journey helps someone along the way.
Thank you for watching. Stay safe ❤️

As a woman with alopecia, if your hair doesn't return, look into wigs! I finally found really nice, human hair, natural ones and am so much more comfortable!

A close family member was diagnosed with Alopecia in summer, 2019. She lost so much hair, had a receding hairline, & was afraid to shampoo her hair because so much fell out in the shower. She was 28 years old at the time & previously had thick, curly dark hair. She started taking prenatal vitamins & drinking fresh celery juice every morning. Her hair grew back with natural color & almost 3 1/2 years later, it is as thick & curly as before the diagnosis. She attributes the healing to drinking fresh celery juice daily.

I'm really happy for you. You're getting out without a lot of the potential more-serious health issues. In terms of voice, facial hair, etc., don't feel the need to fixate on it. So proud of you! Your honesty is beautiful and so desperately needed today! Sending you love and prayers for your successful detrans journey, that you will find good doctors! 💕🙏🏼🤗
Brave person you shine a light in the darkness and bring truth to a challenging situation. I wish only the best for you and I’d love to see you happy with life. Such raw honesty is precious. You take care as you do matter and you are important.
Brave as fuck. Really really proud of you KC
GC here. I'm glad you make the decision you did. Going off the meds could at least prevent you going through a hysterectomy, and at the very least you'd suffer no further side effects from the testosterone. This is a long hard road, but I think you have the right attitude and you will get there. I'm glad to see you have plans, that you think about your professional future, because you will probably need goals and a bit of a light at the end of the tunnel to get through this. I hope you find people to network with that are going through the same. I'm sure you are not alone. Wish you all the best.

PS sorry for the spam, but I really related to the disassociation. Not a trans-related thing for me, but such an important issue to notice. People with any kind of trauma (=> crappy childhood fairy has a lot to say about this) seem to learn disassociation as a coping mechanism early on. It is difficult to unlearn, but so worth it.
I respect you so much for being honest about this. You are going through this journey and you have fear but that doesn’t mean it is without bravery. Taking the steps for better health, and I loved what you said that you just have to try for yourself. I’ll be watching your updates. You are in my prayers daily through this!
You have the capacity to help so many people! Thank you for your courage!
At 21 years old, you're still so young! It's never too late for anything. You're an inspiration for many women and your strength, your intelligence and your authenticity are truly admirable. Stay strong and take care of yourself. :)
I'm here as an older lesbian to show you love and support! There is no judgment-- we all know this could have been us. As I write I'm holding back tears. I admire your courage, strength, and perseverance. Your journey is just beginning-- stay strong and encouraged!!!

Whether you realize it or not, whether you see us or not, we are here, an army standing with you and behind you in support and love of your essential humanity as a human being, no matter what you choose to do with your life. You are so brave to share your journey. I've learned more from you in this one video than I have from all the noise that's out there. You are helping many people with your videos.
Bless your heart!! Sending you prayers, good thoughts, and strength. Be strong and know you are supported - in whatever you do!! I can’t imagine how hard this is for you!! Pray you get all the support and love you deserve!!🥰
Your willingness to tell your story publicly, is so generous. You are helping many people see the truth. May you find the road easier now. Nature is with you, as are many people following and hoping for your happiness and success.
As a disabled woman, I'll suggest that you keep an eye on whether these changes affect your disabilities. My guess is that they will, since everything about our bodies is interconnected. But the effects may not be negative ones. They may be neutral, or even positive. Who knows? I do hope you can find someone to help you through the medical aspects of this process, and I hope suddenly stopping T isn't too hard on your system. Good luck, from a menopausal old gal.

Bless you KC for your courageous decision to detransition. Our prayers and support are cheering you on!! I lost faith in the medical system decades ago and pursued natural and holistic medicine. I am believing and praying for miraculous healing for everyone detransitioning !!
Sweetie, you are not over. You are starting over. You have a beautiful complexion, and incredible clear and open eyes. A couple of suggestions is to consider a cute wig. When I was bald due to chemo, a pretty wig helped me a lot. I lost my breasts and a good padded bra helps to create the shape I was missing. Best to you. Please keep on. You just started starting over! Grandma hugs here, 🦚

My son has just started down this path. He’s gay, loves all girls music and baking. He’s perfect as he is. He’s still at home. No counselling just drugs within 6 weeks. I don’t lie to him. I don’t think embracing a life on drugs and surgeries is any kind of life. We try to avoid the topic but I reserve the right to send him info about medical harms and any detransitioners. I wish you well. The voice of people detransitioning people are going to be so important in stopping this iatrogenic harm. Much love from a mum who wishes my son could accept his sex/sexuality. ❤️

My friend told me that what other people think of her is none of her business. She struggled with self esteem when she was younger. I thought that was so right. You do whatever you need to to be happy. I can see you are a gentle person. Be good to yourself. Its nobody's business but your own. It breaks my heart how the trans activists are all over kids, telling them it's all about being "who you really are," but then, for those who decide to detrans, it's "how dare you betray the movement." If it was really about the individual being true to him or herself, then they'd be a LOT more cautious about pushing irreversible treatments and a WHOLE LOT more supportive of detransers.

@@maxhammer4067 This person was 15 years old. How many undeniably stupid choices did you make at 15? I made plenty! Her family and doctors are to blame. They were in charge of a minor, and should never have allowed this. Adults are responsible for their choices; kids get a break and some compassion. To this day, her mother says that she can't accept a gay daughter, that it's easier on her mom to accept a "straight" trans man. What decent parent does that?! Her mother was just fine with her going through drugs and hormones and surgeries and all the hell she's been through, just so that she didn't have to deal with having a gay daughter. That is disgusting! Imagine being 15, and your parents putting that on you. This was a depressed lesbian teenager, and she was told by people she was supposed to trust that she's actually a boy. This has to stop!

KC I'm a 68 year old Grandmother also I I echo the other Grandmother...You do You. I think it's great that you are focusing on other areas of your life as you go through this journey. So that this is not your only focus as stressful as it is. Don't worry so much about how things will be, if this will work or that will...one secret of life is one day at a time works best. I believe it takes a lifetime to really get to know yourself and we have all been influenced by the times we live in and what everyone else says one way or another. It sounds like you've determined to not be influenced by anyone else but yourself and THAT is a BIG life lesson. I think you are a very attractive person male or female. Who really cares about voice, men and women have all kinds of voices and tones and distinctions? If you learn the secret of accepting yourself for the unique person you are, and care about that person you will be accepted by those who matter. Know a lot of people care about what you are going through, think you are brave to face it head on and and are an intelligent person who will be ok.❤️
From a 52 yr old English mum who never felt she fitted into the social construct of ‘woman’ (it is, after all, an illusion), but was lucky enough to grow up in an era of acceptance, I salute you and support you. I hope you find happiness and health. I grieve for some young members of my family who have fallen (possibly irreversibly) for the trans hype but feel unable to be open with them - so I give my opinion here instead.
