As someone who is just starting to deal with hair loss your transparency on your hair transplant really impacted me. i have always viewed hair loss as something you should be embarrassed of and keep it to yourself but seeing you just straight up transparently talking about your hair transplant helped make me realize its ok to talk about these things. respect man for having the courage to openly discuss your hair loss journey.

My hair started falling out once i hit 40. My dad was bald by 21. I got blessed with 20 extra years. I just embraced it and took clippers to my head. Going bald is no big deal

Force yourself down there, and before you know it the neurotransmitters are flowing, the pump is real, then the positive feedback loop of physique, confidence and better mental and physical health reinforces it. I had my hair done too and I am super thrilled. It is more than a year after and my hair line is fantastic. Had it done in NYC by a major company and can’t be more thrilled

The hair transplant seems so artificial, kinda like plastic surgery. I never thought CBUM would be the type of guy to get a hair transplant. I gues bodybuilding is all about appearance, but to have something artificially done like adding hair seems so shallow. Am I completely wrong with this?

​@@mugshotmarley hair transplants can look completely natural and not noticible, even to a trained eye. But i think Chris fucked up with this procedure. 4500 grafts i way to drastic, and they brought the hairline down too low. Only time will tell, but in this case, im a bit worried.

I'm from Russia. Recently I came across your channel, and began to watch you train, it inspired me, and started training again in the gym, after a year of break. Chris, keep up the good work!

I did a hair transplant more than a year ago 😅 that shit hurts like hell. But after that it’s all worth it, the only downside is the “ugly duck” period 😂. The hairs fall out and then you look really weird…. But now I have full head of hair. Keep up the work and love your videos, gives me motivation for 2024 when I get back into the gym again after a few years of dark times!

@@hieloz im from the Netherlands and I had thinning fronts like C Bum, so they did a new hairline. But if it’s thinning you can put hairs there that’s no problem. But you need to consult that with the clinic, here the intakes are free and you can talk and see what they can do for you.

@@mugshotmarley you know I think your wrong, but I must say C Bum his hairline is to much and to low. My hairline is perfect, I think C Bums hair is to low. But you can only see it when it’s done after 7-10 months. Girls do there lips,face,makeup, toes, hands, Botox and more. That looks more UNNATURAL then a new hairline. We men can do Botox also, but that’s not real naturel. For we men our hair and eyes and smile are our business card! So we also want to look perfect

@@mugshotmarley I think so too, something about the fake super straight hairline seem so fake to me, especially for older people. and especially if you cut your hair short where the straight fake hairline can clearly be seen.. but eventually it all comes down to confidence, and not being slave of your own appearance, so everyone and whatever works for them
