I have a playlist with ONLY you, Maeve. I have used the same list every night for 8 weeks now. I fall a sleep after 5 minutes mostly, but sometimes it takes 30. I always change between 5 videos. Its time to make a new 5-video list beginning with this video now. You have everything imo. Tapping, scratching and a great voice. For real, you should already have 3 million subs. You are a top class tingle-maker. Hurraaaaaah!

Thanks! I appreciate you and your channel so VERY much!! ❤ My mom "scratched" my back at night as a child at bedtime to help me sleep.I ofc did the same thing with my 3 daughters, they told me about ASMR. I was blown away when I actually like closed my eyes and listened to how soothing and relaxing it is!! But my daughters and I ALL agreed that the tingles we feel, are the "back scratching to sleep" feeling we get from your videos. I also am in sobriety and I use your video's to help with relaxation and meditation I do.I definitely feel that I have been looking at things in a much more positive mindset!!❤❤Thank u again!! My daughters and I are so very appreciate of you and are glad that your back making new ones!! ❤❤

omg lisa! i'm so sorry i'm just getting this notification now. thankyou so mych for your generous and kind support it means so much to me🥹💖💖 i feel the exact same way about asmr! i was so surprised when i could experience it from sounds too lol and it took me a while before it all clicked. it's just anecdotal i guess but i totally think asmr can be so helpful in sobriety, it's one of my coping mechanisms for sure. so happy to see you're on that journey, it's the most fulfilling one you can take🤍 appreciate you lisa, thankyou!☺️

There was a severe lack of quality ASMR content during your absence. Welcome back. Also, if you need another break again soon, don't let the thought of us be disappointed prevent your self care. Right now I am cancelling plans with a friend due to mental health and feel anxious and guilty, but if I am forced to go it will not end well mentally. Care must come first.
