hii! i applied for nurse and not sure if this is true, but i heard they do a thing called weekly demotions for people who are inactive. if this is true, then what do you do if you're going on vacation or have some kind of reason to be idle? thank you!!:)

I was a ex nurse and yes they do have demotions but you can take a inactivity notice if you’re going on vacation so you do not get demoted just make sure to remember when it ends
