Yay!! My lunch date is back! I can finally enjoy my lunchtime again! I honestly don't think you realize how much joy you bring us, Kim! I genuinely missed you! ❤

I am glad to have you back. I drink 32oz of warm water with 3tps apple cider vinegar, juice of 1 lemon, 1/8tps black pepper, and cayenne pepper, 1/4tps cinnamon, and turmeric, and 1/2tps ginger first thing every morning. It definitely has a kick to it but each one of these ingredients has many health benefits. It is just way easier to make a tea-like drink to get in all the ingredients daily. My family really enjoys red lentil pasta and couscous (both warm and cold).

I miss my gas stove, i did the same thing with the peppers. My grandson was about 3 and he used to hang out with me and saw the red peppers on the stove. His mother said he went into his sisters play veggies, pulled out the play red pepper and put it on the stove, how cute is that! Gas stove the best to cook with, I never saw a any pros use electric, lol
