Presumption of innocence is the standard in civilised countries, it’s up to the State to prove that they actually did something wrong. Unfortunately that doesn’t apply in Israel under the apartheid regime - there’s no way these Palestinians can get a fair trial. How would you feel if it was you, or your child?
