Welcome, to this wild ride of a playthrough. I am definitely not one for horror/thriller games, so this really is right out my comfort zone, but, it comes too recommended to not play! I’m a good few episodes ahead at the moment, I’d like to think I’m getting better with aim and stealth abilities but the fear just takes over me 🤣🤣 Just a note on the quality, we do drop some frames throughout, I’ve tweaked some things in the upcoming episodes so there’s a balance of performance and quality 🙏🏼 Enjoy!!!

It’s probably already been said, it L3 would have just drawn tour attention to the window and the explosion. L3 usually means the game just wants you to look at something or tell you the way to go if you spend too much time in an area; do not listen to the latter or turn it off, as you’ll miss stuff if you don’t spend time looting, foraging for crafting materials and story notes and lore.

Joel's watch was broken the moment his daughter was injured and killed, the time on the watch is forever stuck on that moment and yet he still wears the watch, so sad

Not really, Sarah was in the game just for a little while, didn't have time to bond too much with her character.

1:10:43 You picked up a stick melee weapon. You can carry only 1 melee weapon at a time and it is displayed below the health bar. It is auto equipped. The 4 '-' under the melee weapon shows number of uses. It will break after 4 hits. After it breaks, Joel will switch back to punching. However, you cannot conserve the melee weapon and punch enemies. You will always use it first until it breaks. Also, listen mode (hold R1) is your best friend, especially early on in the game until you get used the game mechanics.

You are doing great, I love watching first time blind playthroughs of story based games such as this and Fallout and RDR, and yours is among the top, thank you for posting this

This game is golden and this game shows us how the cordyceps fungus affects humans and its pretty scary although in real life it only affects insects so we are must thankful it cannot turn us into those infected abominations

Yep and you see with the runners they are fully aware of what's going on they just cannot stop themselves from attacking people and eating them as well as the stalkers but in the clickers stage all humanity In the person is fully gone as well as the bloaters so you won't insects turn into those stages of infected lol its why the last of us Is my favorite game everytime I play it always have something to say about it and your game play is not bad at all just keep up the stealth and only shoot if you get in any trouble

Loool the rollercoaster of emotions you are about to go through with this and the second one is going to wild!

In the coming episodes I play around with the sens, but it does just need more practice for me because I never play shooters on controller

I’m really impressed with the VA, sometimes a character can feel rigid if it doesn’t quite sync up, but yeh, it’s been seamless and immersive the whole playthrough

I'm playing it for the 4th time. I enjoy watching the gameplays. Excited to watch your gameplay

I heard about the last of us for a long time but never got the time to actually play the original game, i first played it when the remastered game out and loved it so much. Looking back at the original, it was such a huge upgrade!! 11:54 heart shattered when i heard the dying dog😔 17:56 ik we're in a scary moment but man, you cant deny those flames! Graphics are amazing 19:53 he knows he got zombies chasing him and it looks like hes out on his morning jog🤣 20:30 this was so incredibly sad😔 23:11 i loved the way you can physically see him age as well 26:53 whats funnier is that if you DID do it again, she would have shot you LOL 36:12 the way i would have looked at it is its one less zombie in the world lol 54:49 YUP, tess didnt let that slide we going pew pew on them smugglers .... the way tess had to kill the enemies for you was funny 🤣 first shooting interaction is always the hardest! Im sure youre gonna become a shooting master by the end of this episode 1:19:06 i could literally feel that😭 1:30:48 OMG ITS ELLIE AHH Awesome first episode! I genuinely love your reactions throughout the gameplay and i would love to stick around :)

I'm sure you're gonna do your absolute best. Pretty sure you're gonna have a good time in this game. It was hard when I first tried, but I died a few times but I kept on trying. It's a really good game In my opinion.

Just a little FYI. By not mercy killing that guy with the broken mask. You missed the two bullets that were lying on the floor next to him. And as you tend to have few bullets on you at any time. It's important to pick up as many as possible. You will find ammo and other supplies lying around on the floor, counter tops and tables, cupboards and drawers. But not everywhere you check will have anythings to pick up. It is the post-apocalypse after all. Haha

So glad you didnt watch the series first as it is but a huge spoiler of a over all better and more immersive experience, which is the game. You get more involved with an attached to the character by playing the game as you spend a longer time with them. I dislike when some people play the game after watching the series and they keep comparing the series to the game as if the show was the orginal story.

*I have never seen the show, played the game, seen any cutscenes or even still images. I know nothing about this game. Anything I say is based solely on what I see you do.* "Can I not run faster?" Nat, you're carrying a kid! And not like a toddler, either. 😂 The guy we had to shoot at first, he had begged you "don't leave me to turn". He didn't want to become a murderous monster. It would have been merciful. Plus a zero-stakes way to learn to use the gun. 😆 You learn so fast though. All good. Man, the detail in the art is incredible! This is pretty awesome.

Joel is played by Troy Baker he's in a ton of video games, but this is the character he is most known for, and you'll see why. He was also Magni and Bitter Ratatoskr in the God of War 2018 game and Ragnarök. For reference on games you've played on the channel.

The army was trying to contain the infection, and so the orders were to kill anybody that was trying to escape. Whether they showed signs of being sick or not.

Yeah.... I've watched so many playthroughs, and never seen anyone not shoot the poor guy. He's literally begging to be shot so he's spared the torture of turning. But nope, she just leaves him. Heartless.

In the video game, Outbreak day is in 2013, so the majority of gameplay is technically in 2033. For the TV show, they made Outbreak Day be set in 2003, so the majority takes place in 2023.

Could you imagine not really knowing how to play the game and you start off on grounded, you'd have to restart the game over and over before you even finished the prologue 😂, playing on grounded can be difficult in the forced fights and because you dont get a hud but most enemies are instantly killed if you're good at sneaking games.

I'm not much for horror...well anything really and I'm terrible at stealth/survival games, so I avoided TLOU for a long while. But the one thing I really enjoy is a good story. If it has a good story, it doesn't matter what genre it is I will watch/read/play it, and I kept hearing that this game had a great story and characters. I tried it and it was amazing. One of my favorite stories in a game ever and some of the best characters. It's just too bad that the second one ruined it for me. But we won't talk about that until we get to it.

I think you should’ve played the remastered version instead of the remake. The remake makes their faces look strange and unappealing compared to the remaster. Also you miss a lot of collectibles like ammo and notes and tool parts you can pick up. You go into rooms but you don’t go up to anything in the room, you just look around and leave. You have to go up to things.

I hate when Dev changed their game (remake or remastered ver etc) these days. No more remake or remasters,just New Games and New journeys.
