Yay more house flipper!!!!

House Flipper is actually still worth playing when you finish this one, IMO. The mechanics are similar (no pixel art painting because you only do vertical stripes, cleaning windows is slightly different, and you do more manual installation of radiators and showers) but the missions are all different. House Flipper also has you vacuuming live roaches, which I think is hilarious, but you can turn it off in the settings if you aren't a fan. Garden Flipper is one of about 4 DLCs for House Flipper. Garden flipper mainly adds mowing, using turf rolls, laying paving stones, planting bushes and trees, and installing a pond. The only thing I don't like about the DLCs is they don't really integrate well with the base game's sequence of missions. Meanwhile, looking forward to seeing your reaction to the lumberjack house mission in HF2. Bonus points if you sing, "I'm a lumberjack and I'm OK.”. BTW I think you get plenty of money to buy a house to flip when that feature finalllllly unlocks, but there is actually an infinite money bug if they didn't patch it. When you get the phone call telling you the guy who gives you jobs flipped the house you worked on for him and made a huge profit, of which he's giving you 20k, as soon as that phonecall is over go into your laptop and do an assembly mission. The phone call and gift should repeat afterward, and you can do that ad nauseam. 🤑

I don't have much to say about this series, as I have some personal issues when it comes to the topic of real estate, but I'm still enjoying seeing videos from you. As for the U-shaped thing you said you didn't know what it was, it's a firewood holder. I grew up with a similar "basket" next to our fireplace, as well as one that was almost spot-on to the one you selected at my Grandmother's.
