Teams are instanced at different stages rather than being live, so it's likely to run into active players even if you're playing at a different time. Pretty cool system

When he spent three turns going crazy rolling to get his whale to lvl.2 so that it can be buffed by the penguin only to immediately sell the penguin

Hearing NL talk about KZreadrs picking up SAP like a conspiracy theorist discussing COVID was strangely entertaining

You should really value cans more unless you have insane scaling. That way you can eventually get rid of shit units like fish and whale without having to worry so much about the pure stats on them. You value the ducks, think of cans like permanent ducks that don't even have the downside of being on your squad for a turn. I see you with the fish so much late game, you get stuck cause nothing has stats.

Very true. I think that is his downfall. He only scales a certain amount of his team while he buy and sell the rest. So he is stuck with units (3 in the last game) that barely have stats

@@sukirinaa I think I have NL's same blind spot where I want synergies to be stronger than pure stats. But in the end game, stats and melon armor tend to just win.

he’s sort of right about the tier 6s. however, some of them are build-arounds meaning that you won’t necessarily have the squad to make them work right when you see them, but you should buy them immediately. dragon is a great one that comes to mind. seeing a dragon is definitely worth a pivot IMO. buy it and immediately start trying to pivot to a buy me sell me build

NL is right about the cat, but 1000 percent should have gotten the dragon instead of the penguin, and sold the camel, and not even with the benefit of hindsight. He had the big swan for more money, so he was going to be getting like 20/16 a turn instead of 3/3 off the penguin.
