This is a classic case of the stars aligning perfectly to produce a truly magic moment. I was at this show, towards the back of the stadium. And there was not a single frown or dry eye in the entire place. Bruce has an incredible gift for creating truly memorable and soul-lifting moments like this at his shows, making even the biggest heartbroken cynic believe in love, even if only for a moment. It's that "magic trick" that he alluded to in his memoir and the Broadway show. Even recalling it now, nearly five years later, I can't get this smile off my face for the life of me. I truly hope the two of them are still happy together, and every moment they experience is magic (even though not very much will top this).
