Make sure you check out the behind-the-scenes video. The entire video was shot at Mount St. Mary's University in the mountains near Los Angeles, the same place where, the year following this (2014), Avi, Ben Bram (PTX's longtime producer/arranger)and Rob Dietz (composer/arranger) established the A Cappella Academy, an annual 10-day intensive music camp for kids 12 to 18n years old from around the world. They learn not only vocals, but performance, music theory, arranging, and specialties like beatboxing and bass singing. Speaking of bass singing, Avi typically teaches/coaches that class, and here's an example of what resulted with this year's class that just ended. This video short posted by Avi shows what happens when you get 16 basses together to sing "Hoist the Colors". Ooh! Can you do your Pentatonix Week the week of Aug 13 because it'll be a great birthday gift! This is such an excellent music video. They did a BTS video which explains all of the scenery and clothing changes. Each person chose a different setting and chose the clothes that they wanted their bandmates to wear. You can tell whose scene is whose by the person in front. I know what you mean about wanting to scream. I get such a burst of energy any time I hear this song. It doesn't matter how often I've heard it, it always gets to me. It just highlights how awesomely talented they all are. This was a great reaction and I look forward to more! Cheers!

The pride of PTX's fans is honestly universal I think. Not superiority, just... really really HAPPY for them, proud for them, like they're our friends and we've watched them succeed. I've been loving your reactions, delighted to find them, thanks so much for all of this! EDIT: If you haven't done Evolution of Beyonce, it's hands-down the absolute BEST most technically difficult thing I've ever seen them do. Hi 😊 just subscribed because you said more PTX coming! 😅 but seriously I looked and your Playlist. 3 great songs I can tell you will love!! ❤ 1. "SING" an original by PTX, it's super fun upbeat summer song! Plus something extra comes out when they do an original. 2. "Royals" amazing cover! 3. "Radioactive" a collaboration with Lindsey Sterling, violinist and dancer. You get to see Kevin doing what he calls 'cello boxing' he beat boxes and plays cello at the same time!! Mind blowing! And if you have never seen Lindsey Sterling, she's fabulous!! (And AGT told her no one would want to watch someone dance while playing violin! Oh my, she's laughing now!😅) 😊❤
