Hey do you notice that when you use a drill bit and start taking down acrylic nails or any type of heavy duty work that your drill bit starts slowly sliding out? This has never happened w other drills and I’m constantly doing heavy duty jobs and I’m so scared I’ll hurt someone one day!

Hi Ruth, no I've never noticed that at all I'm afraid. I would definitely recommend to not use it until you get it sorted. Perhaps the drill bits aren't correctly fitting your drill? Might be worth speaking to the manufacturer as there could be a fault too! XX

Hi Robbie - sorry I missed your comment! I usually charge mine for about 4/5 hours and it's fully charged - then lasts for ages :) xx

@@KarenHeidiRees when u charge it does it turn red first than Green? Because mine died and I plug it turn green. I assume it would be red first than turn green to let u know it funny charge? Am I right or wrong? Thank you.
