6:00 I've heard the 'raw damage number' called alpha damage in otjer games. Its used as a differential to DPS for the two different ways of effectively dealing damage, either having high DPS with typically high RoF requiring continuous application, or high alpha damage, where the damage is all frontloaded in a single (or few) strikes, allowing the attack to maneuver and preserve their health between strikes in most cases, even if with lower theoretically max DPS.

in BAR it's called burst damage and you can see it if you hover + shift on a unit card

Anybody knows, in quit some other games h RoF is impacted by Frames per secont, this could have an impact in this game too, but i don't know for sure how it is in this game.

Power of friendship - that's nice to see - especially how lobby connects with unique strats. Definiately a new way to enjoy the match.

Hindsight is 20/20 but I think the game might have played out differently if orange didn’t feed 9k metal at greens front line.

Most of my replays I get from my discord channel but occasionally I flip through the BAR website as well to cover some really high level matches!

24:59 Makes absolute sense! 2k for the lab 7 for units. hurts to see. I prob wouldnt do mutch better though, but hurts to see when you know.

I for one am grateful you told us frigates cant see underwater at least 3 times. The I missed it the first and second time.

I remember watching a game on this map. A player on the southern team made a bunch of nukes and blew up the sandbar in the middle. It made a channel and separated the land masses. The massive navies were able to kill each other. It was so epic and amazing.

Does BAR have true terrain deformation? I thought it was just cosmetic.

​​@@treyslider6954 No, this doesn't make sense to me. I do know the nukes leave massive craters. Maybe that's the one way you can alter the terrain in certain scenarios !?!? I would def like to know the answer to this.
