Nice review bro. I always liked the 7 series, but I thought you had to get an S or RS for a little get up, but you've proven otherwise. This seems like a great daily driver. Stylish, spacious, practical and just the right amount of speed.

Around the point where you said "always stay safe while driving" whilst looking into a camera lens mid-overtake I started to wonder who this video was for - I have a theory: Audi gave you a good deal on this car on condition that you would join their crusade against environmental regulation on road vehicles when the time was right. 2012 A7 diesel or 2010 S5. I'm torn between looks and performance of both

S5 also great looking exterior, that was actually the car I wanted for my first Audi. The question you need to ask yourself is if you want a higher revving petrol engine vs a diesel. Or do you want the better practically of the A7. So depends what car you're going for, something relaxed and comfortable or something more sporty. Both are great options.

What's the running costs like

Not too bad mate, as long as it's got a good service history and you maintain it, you shouldn't have any major work needed. Tyres cost quite a bit, about £150 each. Diesel was quite expensive at the time, due to gas supply constraints, so was paying over £100 a tank, for about 350 miles
