Here’s what I’ve learned from past stuff like this. If someone is mad at you and refuses to tell you why, there are normally a few options as to why 1. The reason isn’t a good reason. If someone isn’t telling you why they’re mad it might be something they’re just being petty about and they know it’s a stupid reason and are just exaggerating things in their head to the extreme to justify to themselves why they are mad. 2. There isn’t a reason. Some people just want attention and will do anything for it. Even betray their best friends for it. 3. They weren’t happy in the friendship. Sometimes not being happy in any relationship doesn’t even have to do with the person you’re sharing it with. If you feel like you and that person are drifting apart it’s fine to cut it off. However, some people just want to play victim.

Wow,..just wow. First I wanna say the third reason is me and my childhood bff. There isn't any drama but we've been friends for like four years up to now and we've been slowly drifting apart. I have a story like this. When I was in fourth grade I had made a LOT of good friends. And one day, one of my friend's moms took her phone and said that she couldn't text with us anymore and could only talk to us at school. So, I didn't mind because me and her weren't very close and we never talked much. And so I was sending the group chat some peaceful videos of me playing with my dogs. And then my other friends in the group chat started freaking out and yelling at me and I was like "What?" And they were going crazy about the fact that I was sending videos because apparently they got really sad and dramatic about my other friend leaving. One of them kept on screaming at me and saying stuff like "You never cared about her!" and "You guys were never friends!" And I said, "No, I do care it's just it doesn't really bother me because we never talked." And she kept talking about our friendship and I said, "No. That's not what happened. You don't have to get involved in my personal life." And she was like "EXCUSE ME?" And I said, "Sorry if that offended you but I'm trying to say you don't need to get involved in her and my friendship." And she said, "NO I SHOULD DEFINITELY BE INVOLVED IN YOUR PERSONAL LIFE!" And then she removed me from the group chat. And so, I went to one of our other group chats and said, "WHY ARE YOU GUYS SO MEAN TO ME???" And then she removed me from that too. SO than I deleted their numbers and since they still had my numbers, they kept calling me. And said stuff like, "Ha now you have no friends!" But I blocked them and ignored them and posted about it on tiktok. And somehow she got more friends and more popular so I'm still really mad. But, me and one of them who wasn't really involved in it, became friends again so yeah. UPDATE: Hi yall its a brand spankin new school year and I have a friend group :> thats it bye

I lost my best friend with which I was friends with for 10 years: We knew eachother since kindergarden and we then went to the same middle school. We were unseperable. We spoke the same language (bulgarian) and we were as close as ever. We were always there for eachother. In middle school we were in the same class and the first year was perfect. But halway through the firstyear, she got really close with a girl from the neighbour class. She was the type of girl who looks at and decides to be friends with you or not without even knowing you. They got really close and my "best friend" didn't really care about me anymore...she made so many new friends and I was left behind. The girl that took her away from me and ruined me was always really mean to me but acted like an angel when my "best friend" was around. I got depressed afterwards and I'm still upset about all this...

Its not because Kendall was a bad person, she just saw you unironically hitting the whip and couldn't associate with you anymore

That makes no sense. She randomly just started hating her? August seriously didn't even mention the fact Kendall was literally mad at her for NO REASON. Of course, it's not that easy to get over with it all of a sudden so why didn't she just say anything about it? She should have been ranting she did nothing wrong since they were friends for many years and suddenly she was dumped pretty hard, even Chase took her side but he was probably lied to for Kendall's benefit. There is no reason to dump a friend after all those years with a close 'someone' you spent your childhood with. That can be a long-life regret. If you do have a reason, you can't just hide it and act like it's all a big mystery game.

I'm glad to hear that, because I know a few people who have been affected by terrible toxic "friends", even the people they called their "best friends". You got to be careful with who you call your friends or "best friends". They could screw you over at ANY moment. And that's why you have to be VERY careful throwing that word "best friend" around. That word, that title is sacred to me, but it holds no real weight to it because SO MANY people are fake as hell or flakey or really toxic inside, and its hard to notice their true colors until its too late. Now I know why my mom doesn't believe in friends. I believe in friends, but I have to be my own best friend first. I don't have time to have my self esteem shattered, to have all those bad thoughts come back with a vengeance.

had a similar situation this girl i thought was my friend made lies about me talking horrible stuff behind her back. When in reality i would never say anything bad about her or her friends. Middle school is the worst.

That happened to me too and I literally didn’t do anything to my “best friend “ she just stopped talking to me all of a sudden . It’s been years and I still don’t know why she stopped talking to me . She actually was the one that was a little rude to me but I would always laugh at her “jokes “

blue boy Yep, same thing happened to me, except she made stuff up. My “best friend” lied about me gossiping & calling her “fat” when I never did any of those things. Heck I had like 3 friends during that time,why would I deliberately lose one? Now I think it was just an excuse, that she really was just sick of me & instead of accepting that she just wanted an excuse to stop being friends with me. Drama, drama....

It happened to me as well, and I'd known my best friend longer. I knew her since I was 3 years old, and she suddenly stopped talking to me when we were 11. I have no idea what I did, she just cut me off one day out of the blue and told my other best friend she "doesn't want to mention me anymore." It's fine though, because I have an amazing support system now. I didn't need her toxicity in my life.

But what happened?!?!? You need to ask her!?!?!

Calvin Strawberries this whole story is made up I was never friends with Claire or August whatever her name is we went to the same school but we’re never friends we have some of the same classes and I just never wanted to be friends because she only cared about herself and nobody else she made up rumors about me so I would be friends with her (that didn’t help) and she just bullied people all the time.

This happened to me once too except the rumor was I was secretly dating my best friends boyfriend and my bestie actually believed them and broke up with her bf and then came to me saying me and her weren't friends anymore....couple days later I got the courage at walk up to her and say that me and her boyfriend are cousins... let's just say the look on her face was amazing and then my cousin walked up and said he was glad that they broke up because she shouldn't believe rumors instead of us

Something like this happened to me. It was my two guy bestfriends in first grade. But the next year we got separated in different classes, but they were in the same class, and soon enough I realized I liked one of them, but the one I wasn't in love with asked me out. But I said no then he left the school. ( I really miss him now ) and then my other guy bestie and me don't talk anymore.

I sometimes get paranoid if i will lose my close friend that i have because some drama..

I hate people that pretend that their "best friend" hurt them, like, WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?! But have a nice day, and happy halloween :)
