I think it truly comes down to professionalism of your stylist, I say this because now stylist over book, over charge, want to take pictures without asking clients, come to work late, or not at all. Want to use an app to book appointments but are not professional. I say this all to say if they treat their clients like that then how do you as an owner stand a chance. So you have to find professionals who will help build the business with you or they just there, just like they do their clients.. in the 80’s, 90’s you could walk in get your hair done and get it done how you asked not what they felt like doing. The work ethic has changed and the demand for what stylist want from the client has changed. Interview all the stylist who work for you, see how they really operate. If they have no respect for their clients, how do you think they will have respect for you. It’s sad but it’s true. The goals that you have are not un obtainable they are very obtainable, it’s everyone can’t roll with you. They have to be driven as well.

Like you said take it on the chin but it shows people true colors because to find a whole new place to work and find new people to work with is a hassle. And thats why i closed my salon i helped so many people for them just to walk out on me. It was time to focus on my business whole heartily and revamp as a salon owner. Because ishhhh does happen but god always gives us a way through even when it’s starting over 💕❤️
