This is so heartwarming. Of course, uncle Gan is lucky in the sense that Singapore provides good welfare support and he managed to find the love of his life. Regardless, the resilience and optimism he shows is truly inspiring. Uncle Gan 加油!

Exactly, Singapore provide facilities that's very convenient to those with disability. In other less developed country, gotta pay own wheelchair, no side road that's safe for pedestrian let alone with wheelchair, no bus that's close to home to go to places, job scarcity for disable too.

Eat more meats from slaughter animals lah. This is more than enough to keep you taking more 💊 💊 and more visits to the clinics for more laboratories 🥼 blood 🩸 tests as well as dialysis. How that sounds 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 suckers!!!!!!!!! Instead of going vegan. And worst off, more trips to the NKF for more dialysis treatments to flushed out toxic waste in your kidneys once both of your kidneys are severely damaged and condemn. Isn’t it the facts eh!!!!!!!!!! 🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻

All of our days are numbered anyway, so why not just live in the present and enjoy it to the fullest so we will have no regret later on. No one is guaranteed a tomorrow. Mr Gan, don’t get beaten by the situation; you’ve come this far on life and I’m sure everyday spend with your wife a a blessing for both. Wishing her a speedy recovery as well.

In the days of his loss, tears were his closest friend. And then the tears gave way to a miracle nothing else could, they washed his eyes clean- clean of all illusions. Finally, he could really see; see what was truly important: his relationships, people, the present hour. Contentment became his gift, unshackaling his regret of the past and worries for the future. He became content with whatever is before him, now. I supposed in most ways, this man is more alive than many of us are. Though we have more, we are less. Yet though he has less, he is more.
