otsman - they can do that by asking the correct questions, not giving their own declarative statements on the subject and interrupting the guest. That makes for a tedious and unwatchable interview. It is not a debate.

It looks possible that Britain will remain in a state of Brexit almost indefinitely. It looks as though it has to be a hard Brexit, or none at all. If Britain wants access to the EU, it will have to take refugees - M. Barnier knows the British (he is a Gaullist, will make it as difficult as possible -- so that any other country will think twice after seeing what happened to Britain).

To start with Gordon Brown brought in the Private Finance Initiative which tendered contracts out to private companies to build hospitals. Many other private companies provide services to the NHS, such as contract cleaning, IT, drugs and medical equipment supplies. are only a few examples of the way the NHS conracts out to private companies. At the end of the day, the important thing is that NHS treatment is still free at the point of delivery. Which it is and is how it will remain. But it doesn't help when the BMA doctors voted in a majority to provide free treatment to anybody from around the world who wants it.

If we don't leave on 31st October, we do hope the Brexit Party has a political tsumami !!! Go Nigel go !!

I think it would be worth having a general election to see what policies people really care about. We are now on our second unelected prime minister in a row. The public needs a say in the direction of the country, badly.

Id love to get rid of the useless trash but my luck would see them replaced with even worse that forgot to take their medication lol so better just to stick it out with the half insane rather than the fully insane. Plus the way our system screws parties over its unlikely the one i want would get in :(

Sky News UK is owned by Comcast now and it tracks with its US counterpart NBC, which is left, so Sky News UK is left and Sky News Australia is still Murdoch owned and Conservative. Like Fox it’s very good, but both are a voice in a wilderness of urban, Liberal left, media.

FOLLOWUP 3 (of 5): The scariest people in government are NOT those that go in rich and can't be bought. The scariest people are those that go in poor and come out multi-millionaires. THEY are the people the lobbyists love. THEY are the people selling the sovereignty of this nation to the highest bidder. It's not for nothing that the most abusive mega-business owners, like Jeff Besos and Bill Gates are ALWAYS democrats. Besos and Gates count heavily upon their dem friends in power to wipe out all of their competitors that play by the rules. Why don't dem voters have the smarts to get that????? Why? Because the dem psychopaths in positions of authority are out there everyday telling their stupid constituents the obvious lie that they are the only ones in government on the side of the poor and downtrodden. They are careful not to speak a sentence without snidely throwing out one or more of the most politically useful buzz words (morality, ethics, integrity, etc) that assure their easily manipulated followers that they must indeed be standing on the moral high ground. They have actually convinced their pathetic herds that becoming filthy rich while 'serving the people' is acceptable as long as one can claim to have come from humble beginnings. While they purposefully 'obstruct' the great potential of this nation to provide wealth to EVERY law-abiding, hard-working American, they themselves roll in ill-gotten dough. What's worse is that they manage to also perpetuate the lie that the rich are morally inferior by virtue of their wealth and that the poor are virtuous because of their suffering and poverty, creating the very division that they accuse others for having caused. What an easy scam on the gullible! Yet, let's get one thing straight, while the lies the dem bureaucrats tell are unabashedly evil, the stupidity of their constituents is just as evil. Yes, you heard me. Stupidity is a form of evil and must be judged accordingly. Why? Because self-pitying stupid people take no responsibility for the fact that they are colluding with the worst humanity has to offer to rob and hurt the lives of decent, innocent people. The majority of 'confused' dem voters are people that demand love and respect for themselves but never learn to give it in return. They have convinced themselves that their commercializable pain is the hallmark of sensitivity when, of course, it is just the hallmark of narcissistic immaturity. These are people who believe they are somehow exempt from having to live according to the rules of fair play, always seeking out their UNDESERVED ADVANTAGES instead, never caring about the injustices that must be perpetrated to provide them. These are people glued to the dem masters that know how to expertly nurse their mean-spirited desire to even up some historical scoreboard so that they never have to open their eyes to the pain and devastation they are causing in the lives of people that only want to do right in this generation, people that most often have far more to offer for the greater good than those that wish to prevent them. That's why. SO TO ALL GOOD AMERICANS WHO STILL CARE ABOUT THE GREAT PRINCIPLE OF LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL, FOR THE RICH AND THE POOR, FOR THE AMERICAN AND FOR THE STRANGER AMONG US, IT IS HIGH TIME TO CALL FOR THE JUDGMENT TO BEGIN. WE have no reason to fear and we do have a great nation to save.

FOLLOWUP 5 (of 5): The problem is that members of free societies are ill-prepared to accept that an ideology such as Islam requires the calculation of their destruction even BEFORE Muslim believers begin to arrive onto their territories. We must come to terms with the reality that while not all Islamists are terrorists, all Islamists are Jihadists and that, no, Jihad does NOT begin with the beheading of Christians. The first and perhaps the most important phase of jihad is to compel masses of believers to infiltrate a host nation. Even if their numbers are not initially large compared to the number of secular citizens already living in that society the odds are immediately stacked against the survival of the host culture for the primary reason that civilized societies are always monogamous. Islam, however, encourages every male to have up to 4 wives and an unlimited brood with each. (Not too different from latino populations which are monogamous only ‘in theory'.) Within a generation or two the indigenous population of the host nation is dangerously out-populated by masses of people who drop the overall IQ level of that nation by considerable points. These are easily controlled, greedy masses that use their newly acquired, unearned 'rights' to compel a rapid political and cultural implosion of their host nations. Only when the demographic situation is sufficiently ripe does the second, more brutal phase of jihad begin. It is critical to remember that the objective of EVERY practicing Islamist is JIHAD. The 'peaceful' Muslim believer signs onto phase one of the process, to systematically parasitize and 'seduce' a culture, while the radical believer follows up with the all-out frontal attack of phase two. Those who take on the role of the first phase pretend to be 'offended' when one points out their imperialist intentions while the second phasers delight in the shocked expression on the faces of the victims they are about to sacrifice. Both groups are culpable. Both are equally dangerous to everything our forefathers fought, bled and died to provide us. If you really have the love in your heart and mettle up your spine to engage in this battle then your first job is to be able to clearly identify your enemies and their intentions. If you are uncertain on any point please REMAIN SILENT. DO NOT SPREAD DISINFORMATION! (the most prescient being that our enemies are Marxist Communists and not Nazi Socialists) Remember, the strategy for this war is unique in that the dragons of the past are now playing the roles of the snake while those that played the snakes are today's dragons. Legal retaliation and precedent setting is so critical in this setting. No wronged American/Brit who cares about this country should be backing down from a fight for justice no matter how 'personal' it is. What has 'Parliament' got to do with anything at this stage? The whole point of the referendum was to give the British public the decision to stay or remain; the public told the government to get us out, so from that point, the MPs' ONLY job was to GET US OUT in accordance with the 'No deals' premise of the referendum.

A good interviewer. She is informed, and draws out information, without taking a side. She encourages Nigel to explain himself and his party to the public.

Its starting to look like the UK is too intertwined financially with Europe to split. That is the issue. How to disentangle will be a huge mess. Theresa May was not willing to cross the Rubicon due to Conservative money ties to the continent. Boris will hit the same wall. It's too late to back out.

Like you said, you think of ‘bumbling Boris’, because he bumbles a bit and the media have leapt on it!
