It's that time of the year again! New Bad Santa reactions all over KZread. I liked yours the most! The only thing that I dislike about this movie is the different cuts that have different scenes missing. But in any version it's still a Chistmas classic for me.

Personally I think the theatrical cut is the best cut. The extra scenes didn’t really add anything for me, plus Badder Santa took away some of my favorite lines

My favourite christmas movie. Not everybody enjoys this kind of humour, you'd probably be surprised by how many people don't appreciate this film. I'm so glad you did!

THANK YOU for mentioning The Ref here. Yeah. It's my all-time favorite Christmas movie, and it NEVER gets talked about. I try to spread the word to someone new about that film every holiday season. Unfortunately, it never received a Blu-ray release (inexcusable), and it is rarely, if ever, available on streaming services -- at least not for "free."

@@chrissiereacts Yeah I think you should watch the film first although I don't think it would matter if you saw the show before the movie. Season 2 of Fargo is one of my favorite seasons of any show i've ever watched but season 4 of The Wire is definitely my most favorite.

0:51 I love The Ref, though I've only seen it twice. Speaking of older films that get no love, I'd recommend Greedy starring Michael j Fox and Once upon a Crime (1994) which is an ensemble cast. Cheers and happy new year

I remember the debate over this when it was at the theater (As a X-Mas/Holiday film it went too far then they released on dvd uncut (NC-17, Rated X whatever you want to call it) it’s insane but, there’s a lot of heart & soul within the story! (2022) Violent Night mirrors a lot of Bad Santa except it’s a over the top action film! both have a lot of value/context within each film! i remember seeing the Ref my freshman year of High school on VHS (It’s honestly imo the absolute best Christmas film of the 90’s mostly because it’s so honest about American families being broken people want to live in that Leave it to Beaver world but, that’s not reality… The Ref may be a hidden gem but, anyone who’s seen it i’m sure truly loves it 👍👍👍

Gotta give you a tip, so you can see how good Billy Bob Thornton (Bad Santa) is as an actor. Sling Blade.. Not a comedy, but incredibly good. Oscar-winning for his performance and he also directed. Enjoy..
