These Daghestani fighters almost always say this about their opponents before fights and I think it’s just to spice it up and sell more payperviews, I saw an interview where islam was joking about now that he’s champ even though he’d love to fight dariush he knows it won’t sell because dariush doesn’t talk and if he was about money he’d want oliveira to win bc he sells more payperview (this was before the oliveira dariush fight)

I don't see what Islam's problem is with the P4P rankings. He wanted to be P4P champ. So he called out Champ, he went to the Champ's backyard, put his belt on the line, he weighed less than the Champ, he was weaker than the Champ (bad weight cut), and then beat the Champ (unanimously). So of course he didn't get the title. That went to the heavier loser of the fight. This isn't rocket science!
