I swear there is someone who does nothing but go around and click “dislike” on every KZread video out there. Because I’ve never seen any KZread video without at least one “dislike” - including this one. But this performance was *excellent* so I don’t see how anyone could click “dislike” and mean it.

This is a really great version of the Toto song from the 1980's and I just love that Hammond sound!

Heel mooi. Is dit een echte toonwiel Hammond? Heb aantal jaren geleden een L-100 gehad, maar helaas van de hand gedaan omdat ik geen hond kon vinden die zich waagde aan het onderhoud van een toonwiel Hammond.

Als je goed kijkt dan zie je dat het een A-100 is een laat Belgisch model op 230Volt om precies te zijn. De hier gebruikte Leslie is een 145 maar er kan ook een 122 of 147 op. Drie standen: slow-stop-fast op zwakstroom met hand of voet bediend.

Hoewel portable een relatief begrip is, klinkt jouw Hammond niet bepaald portable.....lekkere sound hoor!

+Gitaarles Molenhoek Haha Paul! Alles zit erop en er aan maar ik heb het gewicht verdeeld in twee "units". Het totaalplaatje is wel iets lichter dan dat van een standaard meubel. De klank is inderdaad niet zo portable; die zakt zo door de vloer van een gemiddeld dorpshuis. Dus zonder vergunning en ontruimingsplan kom ik daar niet terecht ;-)

Notice the old organs have sheet music racks? The modern Hammond stuff has no sheet music racks. Not even at attachment on the back side to clip one on. Hammond must think we are all accomplished musicians that do not need to learn how to read sheet music. I will be purchasing a Casio, they have sheet music racks!
