Cutting that low on sleep isn't a productive routine in my oppinion. Take 1 hour off work time and 1 off free/familly time to get 8 hours of sleep a night, you'll thank yourself in 20 years..

This is actually a great video. Imho, Casey's lifestyle is more about being productive and getting the most out of your day than taking care of your necessities such as sleep.
