400g farfalle pasta.
1 onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
1 kg minced meat.
300 g chopped canned tomatoes in their own juice.

40g butter.
30g flour.
500 ml milk.
100 g hard mozzarella cheese.
Some vegetable oil.
Salt, ground black pepper, dried ground sweet paprika, dried ground oregano, dried nutmeg to taste.

    Déjà il faut arrêter de dire que c'est italien en Italie en met pas de l huile dans l eau nuance ça c'est vous qui avez inventé cette recette la cuisine italienne c'est tout un art

    Italians do NOT put oil into pasta water. It makes the pasta slippery, and the sauce slides right off. Also - starchy carbs (rice, potatoes, pasta) absorb salt to the point of tastelessness - so you keep adding more. Not a good idea. I worked for two Sicilian Chefs back in the late 1960s - and they used neither salt nor oil in the water for cooking pasta. Nor did they put sugar in the meat sauce. Rather - they put two or three sticks of cinnamon at the bottom of the pot during the simmering process. It "darkened" the taste, and made it ore deep and rich - but no cinnamon taste. Again - no oil in the pasta water - which becomes "tears of the Gods" at the end of the cooking process" - and is used to keep the pasta soft & plump.

    Like watching pain dry, could have cut 3/4 of the time off that video by simply missing out the boring chopping of veg ! We get the picture, you chop it up and fry it end of story. And such a lot of effort to produce what is essentially spaghetti bolognaise and then a bacon sandwich ! There was sooooo much bacon in that pastry that it would cost a fortune to make. So much fat too and it didn't even look cooked in the middle. Sorry that's definitely a thumbs down from me.
