Hello and thank you. I read the English and Spanish comments with interest. When I watched the video I realized I was impatient and most things that test our patience are important lessons. This is a teaching video and presumably many who watch will know how to mince onions and diced potatoes, but what if someone doesn't or is insecure about even simple steps in a recipe? Guidance matters so much in the beginning of any new endeavor and while many can slice, dice, and mince in our sleep it seems, there are those who will learn and feel their confidence build by repeating the steps and creating a meal to serve for family or friends. Beautiful and universal. Thank you for sharing this recipe and, by making it 'step by step', ensuring that even a novice will succeed and enjoy!

Maureenshields, maybe you are right on some points but anyway, what is the interest to watch her cutting potatoes in dices during 2, minutes, stirring during one minut, and each step so slow an so long? Even for a beginner, it's not necessary. Not at all

TO FIND RECIPES - Under the title is a small "more...". Press on it & more info will show up where the comments are now. There is another "more" press it & Recipe is here but not all spices are listed. Press on "ingredients" until it highlights - keep pressing & drag your finger down to end of list & instructions (if a touch screen) If not a touch screen then position your cursor just before "ingredients" & highlight through ingredients & instructions & then press the shortcut keys Ctrl + C on a PC or Cmd + C on an Apple Mac to copy the text. Open or switch to a new or existing document or file where you want to move that text - (- I email it to myself & use yahoo email as you can set up files so it's easier to find things). Move the text cursor to where you want the text to be (like in an email ) & then press keys Ctrl + V to paste the text.

I've got a husband, 3 kids, a dog and work full-time outside the home and mindful of how my time is spent, however, a good home cook and look for new recipes. I "relax" with a great dirty martini on my deck watching the sunset with my husband. To each his own, Nancy, and my best wishes ! 🌿🍃
