    hi i recommend you to read "Atomic Habits" i know it's a bit of hassle but trust me you won't be the same person again after reading that books & you will get answers to all your questions there

    And also I suggest "Tiny Habits" by BJ Fogg as well. But as @leeinspace mentioned, "Atomic Habits" is far better for starting. Because it is more motivational.

    @@aishityadav Addiction arises from excessive pressure and stress, or inadequate tolerance. Overcome it by increasing resilience and engaging in enjoyable activities, such as watching KZread videos that activate dopamine release. I suggest watching food and travel vlogs, socializing, enjoying favorite foods, and more. Minimize excessive gaming, fapping, movie-watching, story-reading, and other unproductive habits to avoid dullness. Balance by including activities like hitting the gym, studying, and nutritious eating for increased well-being and appreciation of entertainment.

    I start new thing this year and for 5 months didn't get any results 0 literally end up stop doing it.. your awesome video make me realize that the quantity is low and it's need more work ..i like your video so much and the concept of 100 times to not quiet early or continue with something doesn't for you

    Thank you. Nothing very especial. I use a pen (XP-Pen) and using that (or any other similar thing) you can use any software you like to do so.

    @@DailyAtomicSteps How to make that calendar? Can we skip a day while tracking our habits? Or we have to start again? How many habits we can track at one time for consistency? For example, when we try to do so many thing we don't consistently follow that habits

    😅 To be honest, when I first heard this, I thought, "How could someone say that? How on earth can we be similar to each other?" We're not even from the same country. But as time passed and more people said the same thing, I started to think maybe there are some similarities! However, in my own opinion, we are not that similar.
