Lingling may not be some peoples' favorite but I think the comments about her not having stage presence is wild. I actually think her dancing and charisma on stage is her biggest strength. As far as vocals, not the stablest but I feel like all of the contestants have to improve on that but I definitely see the potential and people really need to stop hating trainees when all they're doing is trying their best.

She is pretty good with one line. Her voice is husky like jisoo. From Ep 1 she would have got highlights if mnet truly wants her to debut. But what you expect, she got cut in profile introducing. Since then, we all know who mnet wants to push to debut. Like yeun, in Ep 3, mnet wants her to look improved, so they focus on her screentime. I think lingling knows how mnet is playing this game. She just follows the flow, you know what. But I would love it if she could fight more lines without evil editing in the next mission, so people would recognise her talent and see she is pretty good actually.

Lingling has husky slightly deep voice. Personally, I find she suits middle to high notes for now. Too low notes will result in too raspy voice. For low notes she myb suits for rap only. She needs to practice more for low notes to control her husky voice otherwise it'll appear unstable

Even when the camera does not support you and you are at the back, people's eyes naturally see you bcs your aura is strong. For lingling fans, we see her bcs she is our pick so our eyes will automatically look for her. But non-fans won't even see her or notice her. For example, Mai wasn't my pick despite having screen time, so I never see her but in ep 2 even with a short line, and her aura dancing at the back, I automatically notice her and now she's my pick too. Stage presence is not just dancing good and singing good. But doing something to catch people's attention even when you are at the back- your eye movement, confidence, hand gestures, mouth, head tilt, flip of the hair, many factors etc.

I think she can sing stable for middle to high notes. She has that husky slightly deep voice. But she needs to practice more for low notes on how to control her husky voice because it can appear too raspy making it sound unstable.
