He was the one that talked with K because of how the team was feeling, we saw him leading Fake love team and he did great, He listens to everyone and thinks always for the team before himself, and everyone listens to him. Heeseung was the only one to ask about leadership and RM said that if he is worried about that, then he has the heart of a leader , sure he is nice, but he can be direct when he needs to, he acts according to the situation they're in, 'cause as I said before, he puts the team before himself

I don't know why but the way he performs and being at the center, it leaves a great impact to the audience or fans. Btw, all of them are great performers though.
