I may only be in my 20's but my mom raised my sister and I on this music and no music today can even come close in comparison. This is where God is truly present and his anointing is sooo strong. Bro. Allen's younger son Paul has all of these albums online for sale as CDs and he has the sermons also.

@dallaskenn sadly i dont think gene has ever recieved his true due. i only pray that like sylvester haynes he doesnt go the way of only a forgtotten foot note in history. i recieved a healing from angina pectoris at sylvestor haynes funeral as soon a gene martin opened his mouth with the first note. i cant explain it!! it was a tremendous experience.

I always thought Gene Martinto be a stylistic combination of James Brown and James Cleveland. I'm curious of how others rate him in gospel music history.

The Gene Martin's choir was full of white people... so therefore you listened to music of your own kind and blacks...Gene Martin's choir was multiracial not just black... the church itself was too...and also Rev A A Allen was white he was the main man called for God
