I've bought Vivo X70 Pro and have been using it since its launch in 2021. Changed the Display free of cost due to a Green line issue in 2023. Again the Green line issue came last month. I thought this time they would charge for display replacement but they said it would be free of cost if the stock was available. The display comes with a Black colour side panel for the Black colour phone. But a few days later they said the Black colour was not available in any service centres and to compensate VIVO offered me X100 and asked me to Pay only 17,000 additional for phone-to-phone replacement. I agreed to it as the offer is really good. They opened the Sealed Box in front of me and handed over the brand new X100 phone with complete data transfer. It took a total of 3 hours. But it was worth it. Happy about their Service.

Vivo Best service centre in my experience

I accept that they wer very kind with all customers. My problem is, Im using z1pro for 4 years, ipo screen la glue eduthukuchu, other than that no other issues in my mobile. I was not interested to visit third-party shops, so vivo authorised service center pogum. Thy first said me to change the screen, hence my model is old they said that, intha model screen elm stop panitaga, so change pana mudiyathu nu. And also glue potum thara matom apidi nu sonaga, just for glue issue they wer Askin to change the display, and old model ana stock um iruka matenthu. 4 years mela customer mobile vachuka kudatha. Wats there point, nd vivo oda authorised service centre laye ipadi stock varathu sona. Is this fair. As u make a Collab with them, plz make a clear about this issue ..

I am vivo S1 user for 4 years. Purple display issue. 4295 aachi original display change pana. I have done it in thiruvallur. in 1 day they have completed the work.

As a permium series user ( Vivo X90) i have visited for battery drain issue they told me to wait half ah hour for appointment and for checking they told come after 2 hrs we will check it. But after 2 hrs they told me to wait for another 1 hr, very worst. And i ask pouch and screen guard for that they took extra 15 min and they told that screen guard should be applied in other shops😢 very worst service for a permium user.
