I disagree, auditors claim they want their rights respected to be left alone, that's fair enough. The copper doesn't tell him to stop, nor tells him he can't do xyz, he doesn't do anything except take his image, which ab happily does to everyone be meets. It's clearly a facility which has aspects of high security, they don't know abs motives they do their due diligence and record his image, they should have verbally announced they were taking it however.

Guy in blue clothes turned it around brilliant 👏 decent bloke 👏 👌
That’s absolutely awful what the filth did. He just walked up to you took a picture and walked away. That’s against GDPR I think.
The policeman's actions are exactly why the public have lost their trust in them. He lied and was being sneaky yet they think you're the problem?!
That police officer was policing with his ego. He had all the intention of abusing your rights. It didnt even occur to him that he should inform you that he was recording your image. His only intent was to lie to you. The police have fallen and now see the public as the enemy.
Correction: 'I just stopped to see if you can incriminate yourself. My charge quota is down this month.'
Did the PoPo purely get a picture of your face to identify you with facial recognition?

It seems like Cheltenham police have some new software tools available to them, and some new biological tools working for them!
Right on cue, all the best brother
And you wonder why the police don't like cameras, they only like them when they are pointing in your direction, if they are pointing towards the police they don't want you to expose there tyrannical & unacceptable behaviour in some situations which they should be full held accountable for.....
S:'Hello' AB:'hello my friend you wanna talk to me?' S:'No...nah...we can't communicate I just drinking tea, why are you filming' AB:'you seem like you wanna communicate' S:'No' further along police: 'hello and good bye' 😁😁😁 what on good earth is going on with british people? 😂😂😂

You should have told the police that the burglar had a camera.
