I disagree, auditors claim they want their rights respected to be left alone, that's fair enough. The copper doesn't tell him to stop, nor tells him he can't do xyz, he doesn't do anything except take his image, which ab happily does to everyone be meets. It's clearly a facility which has aspects of high security, they don't know abs motives they do their due diligence and record his image, they should have verbally announced they were taking it however.

If even a basic level of security (FYI gates) isn't present then it's reasonable, don't you think, to conclude that it's unlikely to be a sensitive site. Sainsbury's owns the carpark and road on its land, the building is secure but the private road isn't policed, but it remains private, in which they can ask you to leave their privately owned property.
