I get those pains every time I’m anxious/stressed it’s horrific, anything acidic like citrus fruits tomatoes, apple juice, coffee, alcohol - pretty much everything can set it off lol 💔

Use the wardrobe for winter clothes or even workout gear in a home gym? It has a cool mirror 🤷🏼‍♀️ it's so cute and could always paint and repurpose it

I know exactly what Saff is talking about. I’ve been drinking apple juice since I was a kid - one day bought it and was in SO much pain for a week & my doctor said “yeah you’ve developed a mild allergy to the pectin in apples” out of the blue. I know that type of stomach pain hurts like hell. Super glad Saff is okay

I’m 18 and I got diagnosed with an intolerance to dairy a month ago after struggling with awful stomach pains for months and I never threw up with it but it’s rare im sick anyway so it wouldn’t be surprising if it could be an intolerance to maybe dairy or gluten x

Its so easy to b dairy/gluten intolerant n not know that is what causes u to b so unwell... I was constantly in n out of hospital (admitted at least once a fortnight) crippled over n constantly being sick n unable to stop... I was 34 (I’m 37 now lol) wen I was diagnosed as a celiac... I was spending 75% of each yr (for 6 yrs running) in hospital wen I was finally tested/diagnosed n (touch wood) managing my diet since has helped tremendously xx

The same thing happened to me I ate chicken cabanara for dinner one night and since them I cant tolerate dairy I became lactose intolerant almost 18 months ago now its so painful to go through id definetly maybe watch your dairy intake or substitute to lactose free ingredients and see if it still happens hope your feeling better! 😊 x

saffron the sickness you described sounds like galstones, i got diagnosed with it last november and it’s the worst pain i’ve ever felt and i throw up. it sounds quite similar. you should go get that checked out.

In November I had severe stomach ache and abdominal pain, I then went for a Covid test as somebody I worked with caught the virus, turns out I had it too. My symptoms throughout was sickness and abdominal pain. Since catching the virus the same symptoms come back every couple of weeks!

What foundation do u use? Your skin looks amazing x

Saff it sounds like you could be lactose intolerant, if your takeaway lunch was cheese-y or had a lot of dairy in it could definitely be that, try be mindful when you consume dairy and if that brings on the symptoms. I’m lactose intolerant so I completely sympathise with the pain it’s awful 😭💕

It could also be a histamine intolerance. It gives you the worst stomach pains as well 😕🙈

Have you thought about IBS? Just watched your new video and I suffer with IBS and sometimes if I’ve eaten too much of something that triggers me I’m sick and also get awful stomach cramps xx

I have become allergic to latex fruits. So that’s banana, tomato, avocado etc. And I was the exact same when I had no idea. Go to the doctors they can test you on all different foods through a blood test. Hope this helps x

I saw a couple of comments about saff going on a walk 2 times a day she has a pet and if you have a dog you can go on 2 walks and I. Just wanted to explain so the hate stops comming and she is not breaking any rules and she is not trying to make the virus spread 🥰😆

Have you tried a bath mat for Bella? It made baths more bearable for my dog as it wasn’t as slippery.

She shouldn’t regret things like that because there are many ppl who want that and can not afford it and also some ppl who can’t even afford a house so you should be great full for everything as anyone who is on here is Lucky. Eat a plant based diet, that is the healthiest choice.

Ever since September i can't have dairy milk I have to have lactose milk as normal milk makes me be sick I thought I was just eating much until we changed the milk with the same amount an I was fine no expectation why it happen x

I'm a lactose intolerant and get excruciating pain in my stomach and I have to tuck myself in so the pain goes away, I feel like I'm dying whenever the pain is here😓😔maybe ur lactose intolerant, but hopefully not. I reccomend a hot water bottle and have laxative powder in water/juice which anyone can have. Hope the pain has gone Love u saff xx❤❤

How bad was the pain? You might have Ibs, I have to watch what I eat I didn’t get it till I was 16, keep an eye out because if it keeps happening maybe go to the doctors and get an allergy test x

easier way to wash your dog is to fill watering can up with water and shampoo, literally takes 10 mins to wash and dry my dog x
