RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Let's take 1 zucchini!
Salt.
Mix well!
Let the zucchini steep for 10-15 minutes.
1 tomato.
4 eggs.
Mix well.
Parsely.
Black pepper.
Garlic.
And mix again.
Yogurt or sour cream 3 tablespoons.
flour 6 tablespoons.
We mix all the time! ;-)
Olive oil.
Spread olive oil everywhere!
Cook over low heat.
1 tomato.
Mozzarella 200g / 1 cup (optional).
It will be delicious!
Herbs of Provence.
Paprika.
Parmesan.
Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.
I'll make an easy and delicious sauce!
Mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoons.
Greek yogurt 4-5 tablespoons.
olive oil 2 tablespoons.
Garlic.
Dill.
Grate or finely chop the eggs.
Salt.
The sauce is ready!

Yes, I would think so. It’s basically a frittata. I would make it in a cast iron skillet or a glass pipe late. As for temperature, I would think 300°.

Yes I was thinking in the oven. 350 degrees untill crust is lightly browned. Maybe 15 to 20 minutes?

Ich habe gestern das Rezept ausprobiert. Ich habe es allerdings im Ofen mit Umluft bei 180°C gebacken, da in dem Tiegel immer etwas anbrennt. Es hat wunderbar geschmeckt, mache ich wieder ich schreibe aus Sachsen. Dankeschön!
