Definitely got a good deal. I bought two 20' containers when prices were still inflated. I believe I paid more for the 20' container than you did the 40'.

I know you can buy a brand new one for like 8K. I was told they usually cost roughly 2000 to 8000

Your closer to a port town ? Here in new mexico that's the price of a 20ft container...I bought a refrigerator semi trailer instead..48ft 9ft ceilings insulated..sold refrigerator unit for 2500..sold axels for 1000...don't sleep on reefer unit...

Yea I’m less than an hour from 3 different ports. And that’s such a good idea and I actually have a reefer unit on my property but I wouldn’t have the time to take on a project like that before I move.
