Bitcoin's value comes from the same place as gold - belief that it is a store of value. It all comes down to adoption and if that belief can completely get ingrained into everyone. Gold has this already completed because of its centuries-long history. It remains to be seen if bitcoin will succeed. If a central bank of one of the major economies decides to start accumulating bitcoin, then I think that will be a major inflection point...I've engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....At the heart of this evolution is Linda Wilburn, whose deep understanding of both cryptocurrency and traditional trading has been instrumental. Thanks for the breakdown and key takeaway. I think paying dividends is an indication of the maturity of the business but I wonder if it is some sort of financial engineering signalling (not this quarter but last). They been so cash flow generating in the past that they could have started paying out dividends much earlier. Appreciate the ongoing conversation about this.
