Since then, I couldn't stop. You are an inspiration to young and not so young. You manage to learn and teach at the same time. You deserve everything you have achieved in life and beyond.

THIS Is the content i log onto youtube for!! it was a sad day when that car got hit and i have been wondering what happened to the car ever since. This was shot and edited amazingly. Glad to see freddy so energetic as well!! loved the bump start idea and how that played out in a beautiful crescendo

As someone who's rebuilt a few Copart cars, it's cool to see how similar the process itself is for a Porsche GT3 or an old Chevy Astro van....lotsa pulling body panels, ghetto rigging stuff, unexpected obstacles, the loooong search for parts, and in the end, the satisfaction of bringing a vehicle back to life. BIG ALOHA to you and congrats on the new wheels.

That was actually insane bumpstarting it, thats why i love manuals so much, even with no starter and no power to it you can still get the car started, you control the car and not some computer

first time on your channel, and was honestly a little skeptical at first, but you and Tavarish got me HOOKED! I'm here to see this build/rebuild from beginning to end. Mat, your expression at the end of this video is really what made me hit the subscribe button.

Hats off to Freddy for being a stand-up guy! It's great seeing good KZreadrs collaborating.

If I remember correctly, Adam said in the last or second to last video about this car, when the insurance decided to total it out, he had them agree that he could swap the OEM exhaust back into the car, he wanted to keep the aftermarket exhaust because he had just installed it and planned to use it in the next car he got. You could probably reach out to him and he could give you all of the info needed on the car, including the location of the center lock tool…

LZ's compound is only like 45 mins away from there too, I live between tavarish's garage and the LZ compound.

First video of bloody Mat and Freddy together and it's already magic fireworks. That push start almost brought me to tears lol. I don't know who needs to move where, but I need this to be a KZread channel on its own lol.

This project has gained a new subscriber. This is truly my dream car and will anxiously await every new episode . I bought a GT 3 hat from my local Porsche dealer and that is as close as I will get, so keep those vids coming in fast and furious. Cheers.

@@donnieboughton1730 Yes, I've seen it and in terms of difficulty it was nuts. But in my opinion Mat buying a 911, in the US, never inspected before, never been himself to the US before, the car being LHD when in the UK it's RHD. That takes another set of balls

Just stumbled across this video in my recommendations, and I'm glad I did. Subbed, and I'm going to binge this build. I love Freddie; Freddie is me with massively more wealth. I always try to spend time and help my Friends.

As a follower of Tavarish we know he’s going through a bit of a tough time just now. To see him as happy as he was in this video is great and is probably exactly what he needs. He’s doing what he loves without the pressure of being the main man. I can tell this will keep his mind off stuff and hopefully help him move forward. I hope he gets in a mental space where he needs to be and being around such a positive person as Mat I think he will get there. Enjoy the build boys, we are looking forward to the updates!

He talks about pressure of yt, how he’s going through a divorce, how he was contemplating suicide and if it wasn’t for his mates he would be dead. He’s taking time off of yt to sort himself out. That’s why I think being around mat and sort of helping him rather than being the main focus will be good for him

I absolutley cannot wait to see the finished product! I forgot the engine was towards the rear of the vehicle. I was expecting some engine damage that would need repair but without that this is going to be an amazing car when its done!

I feel like this Porsche isn’t anywhere near as damaged as some of the other cars Mat has worked on. I guess the difficulty here is sourcing parts? I don’t know

@Sam Eades Yeh is definitely an easy one for Mat, i think that's probably why it was an easy decision for him to buy it. Like you said parts will be hard to get maybe he will bring it back and finish it off once its rolling on 4 wheels I don't know how long it will be before its back here in UK I don't know how long shipping takes.

Honestly the part from 14:30 till 15:20 has me dying every time. The way you get startled when the horn goes of the first time, Freddy’s genuine laugh after the third horn, and your gobsmacked face when it powers on without the horn after engaging both brake and clutch, just phenomenal
