welcome to stoneworks comrade I'm making my very own communist utopia but i have a pesky government to deal with first i can still give you a tour of the town if you ever feel like it

Guys, I just have to ask...where do you all find the time to do all this stuff? To build nations, entire cities, to learn all this lore, and to regularly keep up with the constantly changing politics? How do you juggle all of this along with school and work and other life junk? Because I want to join and partake in all of this, but I'm worried that whatever I do or invest my energy into will just collapse if I leave it unattended to focus on irl stuff. I don't want to come back to my humble home only to find it burnt to ash in a war, or join a Senate only to find it's been overthrown and I'm kill-on-sight.

That's a problem I dealt with to a lesser degree, but, from what I've experiences, if you want to do decently well and make a name for yourself, you can totally do that while playing casually, but if you want to take over an entire continent or do a whole bunch of crazy things, then you'll probably have to stop touching grass for awhile and put all of your time into the server.

@@RandomSageless I see, thank you for the insight. I've been thinking about joining for awhile, but it all seems too big for me to find a place in at this point. I can't imagine there's many resources left to mine, most of the map is ruins, all the oldest playerbase are likely extremely factional and cliquey, and there's so much lore and so many changes that by the time I have a sense of what's going on, there's probably been a world war. From the outside, it seems both overwhelming and past the point where new players could thrive. But at the same time, I could be very wrong, and I hope I am, because I really adore the idea of this server and videos about it

@@samuelwithers2221 trust me in saying that's it's only as complicated as you make it. You could get neck deep into the politics and lore, or you could join a nation and farm all day without a care. Also, if you are getting in, I recommend eldham. It's newer, and less "Cliquey"

Great question Samuel! From my experience started gaming in 2005 Eve Online which took over my life but now many years later are some of the best memories I have and some of the best people I have ever met. There is just something unique in developing online relations when bias, looks, first visual impressions are not in the way of really getting to know others. I would say "Balance" is the key and heck even if that scenario manifested so what, nothing ventured nothing gained and it will be just another chapter in your life. Life is all about experiences not mediocrity. Always focus on what inspires you. I'm a young 58 year old having a blast and could care less about my peers judging me for being a gamer. But I managed to balance RL with a thriving business and love of games in a beautiful symbiotic balance. Much success to you mate (got the use of "mate" from Eve Online I'm actually from New Jersey US LOL). Bless all.... Happy 2022 everyone!!!

I played this server from February to about a month ago, had a lot of great memories on this server, fought wars, helped build towns and made friends. You actually spawned relatively close to where I lived for all my time on the server (Askalon). Your interest in the server and amazing video has kinda compelled me to make a return in a week or two, hopefully I will meet you on my travels 🖖

Hey that's a great video ! However there's some historical details you got wrong concerning the foundation of the PSDRB : - Even though the UBSR was socialist, it was not communist and even less hardcore. It was arguably the most democratic nation of its time and have very little points in common with the USSR. - The PSDRB was given their lands by "Joshu_etc", someone very important in the UBSR at the time in order to help smaller leftist nations to exist. It's a great video, I love your voice and you editing skills, also lmao I did not expect the grogtown reference Tovarisha on top B)

Hey, amazing video! About that part, where you mentioned New Volotra, Tvurs and Fislankif: - I'm the founder-mayor of Kaminhagen, the town that was built on a land that previously belonged to the town that was known as New Volotra. I believe that at the time this video was filmed, Stoneworks Dynmap hadn't updated properly, so the town names where pretty messed up. Though, land claim name was present. - Same with Tvurs. It's Maxstadt, the capital of Eisenland. Tvurs was it's older name many months ago. Again, improperly updated Dynmap. - Everything was correct with Fislankif. Despite all this, huge thanks for showing out these 3 precious towns of Eisenland to the media! P.S. Come visit us sometime. Since the making of this video, much more stuff appeared.

Stoneworks has really made something special with this server, tbh i still don't really play (although I plan to at some point), I'm just glad he's managed made something that people care about, because I've loved his channel for a really long time

fun fact: there was this school where they held an event that allow students to form parties and vote to find the winning one just like a an election, a group of students was joking around and made a communist party, after a while the principal had to talk to them to tell them to disband the party cause they were actually winning.

hey! I use "Davinci Resolve" technically premium software but it took me 6 months to find any premium features, if you want the "Adobe" experience with a professional video editor, I HIGHLY recommend it. If you're just doing it for fun, Shotcut, or Openshot, are both good as well, from what I've heard.

I legit want to join just to mess with peoples fake kingdoms & disregard their government. Maybe I'll get my hacking friends to join & we'll just go after the biggest country. Setting up an anonymous VPN right now to join as I haven't touched minecraft in a while. Pro tip, get a VPN which isn't ip blacklisted by just buying your own VPS & running a wireguard server for like $3 a month. Congrats, you can now bypass any ip ban on any server regardless of their "anti-vpn" measures.

about Braznichyia, I right there when braz joined frosmyre and the reason they did was 1. The revolution and 2. Braz was about to be invaded by the UBSR. The reason for the UBSR to make threats is because a Braz paramilitary attacked Jamestown
